Placed order, successfully made payment, but received no confirmation mail and cannot track order, no response from Nexa7

I had placed an order for a wireless mouse (Order Number 66390) through Nexa7 (website: Nexa7.com) on 11th March, 2022. After providing my contact details, shipping address, and making the full payment, the following message was displayed - "Thank you. Your order has been received.", however, I did not received any confirmation email. Using the "track order" feature on their website displays the following message: "We will send your tracking details in your email shortly", however, no such email is received despite repeated efforts.
The contact number posted on their website is found "switched off".
The email address posted on their website is not responsive as I have not received any reply to my mail to them despite several reminders.
Nexa7 is unreachable, I cannot track my order or get any confirmation for the same. Nexa7 seems to be scamming their customers.

I order a Samsung Galaxy A7 Tab from https://nexa7.com/ side. On 11th march 2022. The portal detail is https://nexa7.com/, contact number is [protected] and mail ID is" help.[protected]@gmail.com ".
It shows that it have some discount of more then 80%.
So I paid 999/- through UPI and the UPI detail paytm[protected]@paytm, the name show in the UPI ID is Radhe Fashion and I pay through google pay to paytm.
