Train no. 12551
Train no. 12551 is not a good train, it lack of first aid kit, train runs very slow with more than 8 hours delay and a bad service. It keeps on stopping everywhere and don’t run fast.

bad behavior
Sir, today i go to the ticket counter of paltan bazaar guwahati (Back side counter), but i feel very bad due the rude behavior of the lady employee of your company regarding the change of rs.100 only. She replied me as i am doing something wrong. So, you should provide some training or coaching regarding "how to behave with a customer and how to solve the problem".

complaint against the non availability of sivasagar railway station stand 2 parking receipt and noisy environment.

Sir,
With due respect and honour. I would like to state that, i am the inhabitants of sivasagar town in assam.in my knowledge i have seen the surrounding of sivasagar railway station stand 2 has become a loise environment.in this reason the parking lessee has open a hotel in railway parking plot which is full of vodka, gambling and so on. On the otherhand, the railway parking lessee does not used receipt of the parking stand 2. Recently, i came to know that rongpur traveller owners association has also park there vehicle in stand2 same issue with parking leesse for not giving parking money receipt due to this controversy rongpur traveller owners association has given complaint to tinsukia n. F. Railway and sivasagar railway s. S and also given to sivasagar police station.
Therefore, i do here by request favour to arrangement and take necessary action against the parking lessee.

late train

Train no. 15904 on 5 th december 17 keeps on delaying and now i've been waiting for 9 hours straight. At first it was for only a couple of hours. Now the train is supposed to arrive at 21: 00. But i think, that number will increase like it did the whole day.
I don't know your problems but since you are the service provider i expect the organisation to atleast let those people suffering utilise the dorm available.
But still then, no one knows if those dorm exist, while on internet it does.

Cancellation of ticket

Sir, i have booked ticket on Rajdhani and the ticket was in Waiting list, when i tried to board on train then TTE denied then i go to ticket counter for cancell the ticket but they also refuse it, there is rule they said that ticket should be cancelled before half hour before departure, yes it is but problem is that waiting list passenger why cant board on train and if he is denied to do so then why ticket cant be cancelled if ticket is on waiting list, i can bear this but how can poor, uneducated people can understand this?

unhygienic compartment and unhealthy and nonconsumable meal.

Journey details:- PNR:[protected], TRAIN:15904, DOJ:[protected], TIME:23:15, 3A, CDG TO KIR, A K Modi+ 1, B3 49 B3 52, FARE:2739, SC:22.47+PG CHGS.
I travel from Chandigarh to katihar Jn. on[protected]. I reached at the Chandigarh station of schedule time but on arrival of the station, it was announced that the train was late by one hour and fifteen minutes. After waiting such a period on the platform, when the train was placed on the platform, I entered in the compartment. As soon as, I entered in the compartment, the entire compartment was full of smell. It was detected that the toilets were not washed at all during the washing of the compartment. However, I spend the night in the train. But on the next day of journey, I had a horrible experience of the train journey in my life.
On the next day i.e 17/10/13 of my journey, I along with my wife have to spend the entire day and 24 hours without any food or meal. We have to suffer hard with empty stomach because the food or meal supplied by the pantry was not fit for consumption at all. The meal was spoiled and unhygienic. It seems that the not consumed and balanced food of night was mixed with the launch and vice-versa. All the passengers of the compartment were unilaterally refused to consume the launch or dinner supplied by the pantry. The situation became worse when the pantry car men did not allow the vendors from the outside to enter in to the compartment. When I and some other passengers refused to make any payment of the unhygienic food, not consumed by the passengers at all, the pantry car men misbehaved and abused the passengers. Virtually, they snatched the money from the pocket of the passengers.
When the passengers demanded complaint book from the conductor or attendant or guard or pantry men, they flately refused to furnish the same.
Indian Railway is increasing the rate of food supplied in the train. The passengers have no grievance for the same but the quality and quantity of food must be improved and the contractors of the pantry cars and there men must teach a lesson so that they can not treat the passengers in humiliating way.
The matter needs a thourough investigation and punishment for the guilty.

sir,
it is to inform you with high regret that we are a regular passenger of Train no.15469&15470 new alipurduar lumding passenger n same vice versa .and in this summer most of the fans n lights in various coaches of this train are either not fittedor not working .and even there is no water n maintanence of bathroom n coaches. we have complaint many times to the DRM Rangia and DRM lumding. but no necessary action is being taken...

not received my parcel

I Tanu Agarwal have send my parcel containing clothes from guwahati to lucknow via railway on[protected]. I was told that it will be sent to lucknow via awadh assam on the same day and would received at lucknow on[protected].
But it has not been received in lucknow till now.I am worried about my luggage.
Please look into the matter and make me oblige by sending my luggage as soon as possible.
my pacel no. is GHY 206076 P-1 LKO(NR).
my parcel weighed 1`2kg.
my parcel was to be recieved by Mr.Surendra Kumar Agarwal.
