money got deducted from the bank but the payment status showed "failure"

I paid the money and the money got deducted from the bank as well. But it showed "failure" at the nps site and when i try to login again the message shown is "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." can you please fix this issue at the earliest?

not able to login

I am getting "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to pay and not allowing me to login for nps contribution through online. It was very urgent. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Acknowledgement id 11622874 acknowledgement date 22/09/2018...

Non receipt of consignment.

I am col sreenivas. m. i have joined nps through sbi edappally branch ernakulam, kerala. i had been intimated through sms that my pran card had been despatched. however i never received it. on checking with bluedart courier they intimated that it had come to them but returned it undelivered. th ey have not intimated it to me on mobile. even i could have collected it, had they informed me. they could not give any particular reason for it....

NPS NOT GIVING PENSION

My name is Broja Mohan Thakur, DOB 05.02.1955.In the yr 2010, I opened my NPS a/c in ICICIC BANK KOLKATA BRANCH (22.R.N.MUKHERJEE) My PRAN No is[protected]. I AM NOT GETTING NEITHER LUMP SUM NOR PENSION, ALTHOUGH I AM 60 YRS OLD. Have complaint to CRA & ICICI BANK(Upto MD level).CRA informed that ICICI BANK which is my POP & POP SP has not raised any claim on my behalf, ICICI BANK MUMBAI has started sending me mail & have done all jobs...

i am investing in NPS through ICICI direct for last 2 years. when i tried to reconcile my transactions in NPS, was shocked to realize that 3 debited amounts from my bank account have not been updated for months in my NPS account. In spite of my repeated reminders to ICICI direct as well as PFRDA , no update other than "looking in to this" has been shared with me. non receipt of PRAN

I am Working as assistant Professor in Joysagar College, Sibsagar, Assam.All my colleagues have got their PRAN Kit (permanent retirement account Number).But I have not got the PRAN till now.
