I Purchased A Shoe From Nykaa Fashion But The Shoe Was Not Came In The Box I Compliant To Customer Support But There Is No Resolution From Them They Are Clearing Saying That We Are NotAble To Give You The Resolution Because Brand Has Dicline Your Request

I ordered a watch from Nykaa fashions which was gifted and the belt had some problem. Order did not appear in my account. As a result I mailed them for placing a return. I have been traveling for the last 4 days. Nykaa would not place a return on the order. Instead they keep asking me for a picture of the watch. I even called the customer care for placing return. They would not place the return and blackmailed me that my product cannot be returned until I share the picture. This is harassment. First of all, you send a terrible product on top of it you harass people to share pictures. if you dont know to do business, sit at home. Don't pry on people's money

I had placed order from nykaa app order id NYK[protected] KLEIO Brown Designer Ultra Spacious Croco Pattern PU Leather Unisex Luggage And Travel Bag. Instead of getting the bag delivered i got one small handbag delivered which i nvr placed order at first place. I ordered bag for Rs 2100/- but i got small handbag delivered of Rs 800/-. I raised return request but it is placed on hold. I contacted and dropped email multiple times to customer support but no response or support i have ever got. I regret using nykaa and going forward i will make sure not to use it. Also ask everyone i knw not to use bcoz of thr scam nykaa is running

I purchased a purse from nykaa fashion on 25th Jan 2021 due to quality issues I returned it on 29th Jan 2021 and company refund me that amount of 900 on 30th Jan 2021 which was refflect in my account on 4th Feb 2021 but till now my account is not credited with that amount of 900.

I have returned the product but still haven't received my refund. Have complained so many times over mail and customer care no. But no response. It was my first purchase and I this the last one.

They haven't paid INR 733/- I wonder how many people they have looted like this.

Such a pathetic shopping app
Will never buy or suggest this to anyone.
Have mailed my bank account details so many times still no response.
