Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7288 without my concern on date:14/10/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

about cancellation of my one assist membership and refund of my amount

Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-2599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

Please deactivate and refund my money...

complaint regarding cancellation of one assist membership and complete reversal of membership fees

This is regarding the cancellation of one assist membership for this year (Which starts from november).

Last year, one assist contacted me for membership through hdfc bank. Which i allowed since it has come from a reputed bank. After one year of completion they have renewed the membership without prior taking my permission. And i came to know about this through my credit card bill where a membership fee of rs1899 has been charged.br...
