I have been booked bike at on28/10/2022till 29/10/2022 due to my father sick on that day it is was very emergency situation but they didn't given bike on that day they delivery agent was asking rental agreement in But website they didn't ask about rental agreement refund also was not given
After 29/10/2022my father was passed away these type of persons are cheating the public I want justice

2 weeks back in my account certain amount has been credited in my bank account.
Form ONN BIKES
Due to that ONN BIKES has blocked my account.
Now I want to repay that amount.
They blocked my main resource Paytm account. If they Unblock my account, I will repay that amount.
Take this issue as high priority.
Its getting difficult day by day.
I mailed them multiple times I have called them they are not responding at all.
They are not at all responding to unblock of account, Although I am willing to pay their amount.
Please please take this as high priority.
It has been more than 2 weeks please please help me out 🥺🥺.
Now Paytm asking approval from Their bank to unblock and they are not giving approval for that.

We rented two activas from them in mysore, for 198rs each. The helmets they provided with the vehicles had so many scratched in the glass that it was impossible to ride the scooters at night time. Apart from that, the vehicles were in very poor condition, they kept stopping in between and were totally unreliable and unsafe.
