I need help, I had ordered 3 sarees from ontheshop.in paid 2618 for three sarees, Delivery courier service delivered the product, the three sarees are completely different from what I had ordered, I had sent them a mail as well but no reply and acknowledgement, please help in recovering my hard earned money. Please, attached are the reference image of order and the material received

Wrong product delivered and quality is cheap as hell. Worst ever.

They sent the wrong saree instead of what I had delivered. I am unable to contact them as their phone number doesn't work and also they are not replying to my mail. After hours of research I realised that it is a fraud site. Please look into the matter. I want my 899 rupees back .

I purchased basil parrot and apple Red colour sarees. But they delivered totlly different saree s. There is no return option. Their phone number also not working.

Please Naveen buy any product from this site.It is fake .They will Purposefully will send wrong product then if you call them they will share the number or code which will cone your mobile number & will take all your money .i ask the person please return my money or exchange or send money through amazon that person stated very much abusing gali.That person again n again telling send msg to the code which I did not do.Feel like it’s Zamtara gang. Please please don’t buy.

This is fraud e-commerce ever. My sister booked a saree and received a very low quality and used product. Actually they want us to return it back. And then they will start their real fraudulent. They have only two normal mobile numbers as customer care number. They don’t even tell us when and how they will take return product, before they will directly ask us our bank details or google pay. If it is google pay they will send us an automated text message into our mobile number and they will ask us to send it back to them. So guys never ever send that message back. And it’s a fraud company. They can do anything with that number. So please remove your account from this site. This site is handled with some guys, and when i neglect sending the text back they started shouting at me with very bad words. So please be careful. This is same happened to my sister as well.

I ordered saree on 1st sep through the ontheshop.in website. So far i haven't received any communication regarding my order nor I have received it yet.there is no information on the website to contact customer care and I have already made the payment I guess it's a scam.

I have received bad quality and wrong items.i have spent 3k on three sarees. Please refund my money.

My sister ordered a saree from this site and when we opened the package that they have sent, it was a different product, a different colour saree and very very bad quality saree. After which when we tried to return this, my sister was not able to login with her account.

I had ordered for a orange pure satin Saree with printed blouse rs 999. But shocked to see a see a full green cheap Saree delivered

Saree which I got is not at all matching to what I saw in the pic. Neither its red nor its linen. No blouse piece provided. Take back your item and give my money back!

I want to return the saree. It’s doesn’t look good and of cheap material.

I ordered Sapphire blue saree and peach blouse and I've received wrong Saree, they have sent some cheap thin damaged purple Saree which is not in their collection on the website also.
This is a scam, there's no way to communicate or connect with seller,
Even if I return the Saree what is the guarantee of refund ?!
In all msgs and post they write correct Saree name but they have sent a defective piece .
Kindly take action against these scammers

I have ordered a very beautiful red saree with cream blouse which coast is Rs.820.00 from this online store and they delivered a totally different cheap and poor item which market value is not more than Rs.150/- and the worst thing is when I have tried to contact them on the number given in the receipt, it says, incoming calls are all barred and there are no other medium to reach them!
kindly take strong action against them.

I have purchased 2 sarees seaweed green colour plain pure satin silk saree with a dark red colour printed blouse and iris purple colour saree with dark blue chax design on[protected] and then I got this product on[protected] which was entirely different from what I ordered..such a disappointment that it doesn't even worth rs50 and I paid Rs 1798 for it which I regret now... I mailed them about the issue for a return and refund for the item but there was no response also I called their number ([protected]) it was switched off..i have no idea what to do now but only hope is this complaint to you authorised people and we would appreciate if you provide a solution to this problem and get my money back and put a shut down to the fraudulent sites.

I was order 2 saress from ontheshop they delivered me product.i paid 1720/- for the same when I open the package it was totally pathetic sarees. Totally different product also the fabric is of cheap quality... please I want my money back and need to return their poor quality product.. Please take necessary action against them..There customer care is also not working..

I ordered a beautiful orange colour and pink colour border saree on 5th September for my mom to gift her on her birthday. But I received a different saree which is blue in colour. I tried calling the customer care however it is coming as busy everytime I call. Really disappointed.

I ordered a sarree worth 899 and got delivered a inferior sarree which was not even close to one I ordered. This is a scam. The number on the parcel is from Gujurat and it is invalid. No reply to emails.

I ordered a peach colour plain linen saree but I received a faded old washed and used printed saree. When I tried to contact them with the number provided on the receipt, I found that the incoming cll on that number has been stopped. So I searched the customer care number on Google but when I talked to them they hacked my phone and Facebook. They are super fraud.

I ordered 2 sarees from this website and paid COD 1720/- after open of that package I found that wrong product delivered to me..There is 2 sarees which is used..When I tried to call on the number which was mentioned in their print that number is barred..Now there is no customer service who can solve my issue.. kindly take necessary action and try to give my hard earn money

Hi, I have ordered three sarees with order id on 12709 from onetheshop.in on 04/09/2020 and what I received were completely different sarees. Cheap material, quality is not good, overpriced and completely unethical. Kindly take your cheap sarees and refund my amount. I have done such a huge mistake. I wanted it to gift someone.
Please your number is not reachable given in the order email. Please pick up call and help with refund quickly. Thanks!

I had ordered "shamrock green colour linen saree and green design border with black colour designer blouse" on 3rd of september, 2020. I received the product on 8th september, 2020 but the product was different. When i called the customer care number, the person was very reluctant to answer my queries. The procedure for refunding looks very much like a fraud.
Kindly take action against such fraudulent websites.

I had ordered green coloured and creme printed saree but what is delivered is totally different.. They have delivered old smelly 2 pieces of cloth.. They have no ways to return it. By cheating people like this, trying to make profit out of people's sweat and blood they are going to be cursed..

I order for an indigo colour saree and received something no way related to also the product looks like used and damaged
