I had ordered a ruby red colour saree on 3rd september and today it was delivered. I paid 900 to the courier guy and after coming home and hope in there was no saree in the packet. There was only a green cloth. There is no customer service number also in the website. I think this website is a fraud. Please don't ever order sarees from this website. They are a bunch of cheaters.

I have odered black saree with cost of 900 but i have received different product and also cheap quality. I have been trying to call customer care num which is not working and the are not even replying to mail. Can you help him out with this issue....

I have ordered a awesome black colour and the golden colour border with yellow colour designer blouse but I received a cheaper quality green saree which is worth of rupees 200/- but my actual order cost about 899/- rupees. I have tried tr5acing their address to file a consumer complaint but I could not. this kind of online fraud is quite often. its rupees 899 in regards to me, but a large group of people have been into fraud...

I had ordered a black saree and received a completely different one in green, which was wrinkled and worn out, I have emailed them to return and get full refund, no response received yet....

I ordered a current red colour pure plain satin silk saree with digital printed blouse but I recieved totally different a cheap quality saree....

I orderd a tortilla cream colour saree but recieved a plan blue cheap quality sare and dirty also. I also email and call more than 15 times but no customer satification.

I ordered two sarees from ontheshop.com

One was supposed to be apple red and white and the other cerulean blue with green

The products I received were completely different in colour and design.

The products I received one had a purple and green saree and the other a green and mustard yellow saree.

I had paid Rs1598/- for the sarees and on delivery the sarees I got are not at all...

They are cheating thousands of people by sending fake, defective and ultra cheap quality products.
The deliberately send wrong sarees to everybody and then do not provide refund.

There is no customer care number on which we can talk to them.

It is shame that they are running this scamming business and nobody can fight against them lawfully.

Think about thousands whom they must be cheating.br...

The package delivered today had a green cotton saree instead of the one i had placed the order for so i wish to return it.

I tried contacting the number on the receipt but it was switched off.
Kindly help me with the procedure to return this...

I have ordered a blue colour linen saree from ontheshop saree on aug 26th.They have delivered the wrong sari on sep 3rd. Although i tried to call their customer care number i wasn't able to reach them out....

These guys are frauds. Dont buy anything. They deliberately send different sarees so that you call them for refund. Then they ask you to complete a survey where they ask you to share your UPI Pin.

If you share your UPI Pin, they will clean your account. Same thing happened with me. They said they do not have Google Pay, No Paytm and asked mr to type my Account number and share the UPI Number. I refused to do so and disconnected...

Please return my money for order number 7207.You sent a cheap totally different product and there is no return option for it.

Your company helping fraud company to send material to customer. I just booked one saree ontheshop.in. They send me wrong material. Now im trying to return. If your company helping such site to bussiness then it i your resposibility too cross verify that company backgroud. Because of such fraud company it impacted on your company name.
