I need help, I had ordered 3 sarees from ontheshop.in paid 2618 for three sarees, Delivery courier service delivered the product, the three sarees are completely different from what I had ordered, I had sent them a mail as well but no reply and acknowledgement, please help in recovering my hard earned money. Please, attached are the reference image of order and the material received

Saree was very low quality mismatch product
Pick your saree and refund my amount rs 799

They are here to money.. donot order...save your hard earned money...can't even give bad reviews in their app

I have also purchased the Apple red colour plain linen saree and Golden print border with Cream colour printed blouse amounting to Rs. 820/- from ontheshop.in (https://ontheshop.in) on 6 Sep, 2020 containing Order no #15275.
Today on 14 Sep, 2020, I have received a completely different sharee of cheap quality. They dont even respond to my mail of grievance and they have not any contact number or return policy mentioned in their site.
This company is totally fake & making fool of the customers.
Legal action should be taken against these people.

I had ordered the VERMILION RED MAROON COLOUR PLAIN LINEN SAREE WITH RED CHAX DESIGN BLOUSE but instead received an OLD saree which is silver with gold embroidery. The saree which was received is dirty in places with spots on it and the zari is coming out. (Images are attached). Not only was the wrong saree delivered, but the saree was not even new. This is very bad service from their end, and at this time of COVID it is unsafe to be handling other people's clothes which has already been used. The phone number provided on the bill is also switched off. I wrote a review with 1 star on their website and it was removed. They do not respond to emails and complaints. I have requested for a refund but they have not yet responded. The amount paid for the saree has been completely wasted.

I made an online purchase but the product was in ver low quality thn I made a call for refund.a person(male) taking to me saying he will return my online refund money on keeping my call on.he told me to download qs app from play store nd told me to allow all the windows and msgs he was send..thn he took my all the rights to access my phone.in fort of my eyes he has transferred my money from Gpay to some another account.Fraud ph : [protected], [protected] thes are the ph no of tht fraud ontheshop.need to take action against tht fraud Asap.this can b happened for anyone.

I had also made a purchase in September 2020 but haven't received the order. this is fraud. Please do not buy from this site.

I had purchased an apple red colour silk saree from this site ..I received the confirmation of my order and paid the money too online...after that no msg no call...the company is fake...I never received my order...they are just here to loot u...pls don't fall for such traps

Yes, we should put these ppl behind bars.
I received Rs.50 and ugly looking saree in place of a beautiful saree that I had ordered.

I ordered a linen saree but I got something else I never expected the saree comes so cheap and so many holes on the sarees how can they expect the customer will wear a beggar saree and they charged 820 rupees for that saree

The site is now not working. I placed an order and paid for saree bit still not received.

I ordered a saree from this side but the saree which i received is completely different it is defected as well even the quality is very cheap & now when i trying to return the product the site is not available, is this a joke i want my money back

Happened the same with me..wrong sarees delivered..not even replying any mails or not even receiving calls!!..shameful act being indians!!

These guys are frauds. Dont buy anything. They deliberately send different sarees so that you call them for refund. Then they ask you to complete a survey where they ask you to share your UPI Pin.

If you share your UPI Pin, they will clean your account. Same thing happened with me. They said they do not have Google Pay, No Paytm and asked mr to type my Account number and share the UPI Number. I refused to do so and disconnected the call. Then they started harassisng me over msgs and on whatsapp.

I called up the delivery guy who delivered the product and explained the whole scam. Next day met the courier guys. I asked them to stop delivering the products from this company and save people from the scam.
They immediately raised the complaint and I guess they have blocked this guys. I also got the confirmation from them that they will refund me.

STOP BUYING FROM THIS BUGGERS.

I ordered wine dark red colour plain pure satin silk saree with printed heavy cotton blouse and second apple red colour plain linen saree with golden print border (quantity 2) on 13 August 2020 but received different coloured sarees with very bad qaulity today. Please refund my money or exchange the sarees. My order number is #12370
