This is my order no [protected] ,it was workin fine for 1 week den der was heavy noise in the machine....i call to the service no to replace the machie first dey accept to replace then no response from them , then after 1 month they said "we didnt say anything about replacement" ....so plz dont buy ORBIT TREK ELITE..i want the specific authorities to take necessery action of these fradulent people.......

I had Brought Orbitrek Elite last Month, as per the instruction i been using the Product but after 15 day it got noise coming out that day by day the noise has been increased too much then i logged a complaint to customer care center Chennai they told within 2 working day they will be resolving the issue but after lot of follow up non of them resolved the issue and now i am unable to use...

I have purchased OrbiTrek Elite on 13/11/2011, I have given a complaint next week regarding the smooth working (produce high sound) I have follow-up daily till now this has not resolved. Whenever I'am calling they are saying today definately we weill send the Technition but they are not sending every time this is only hapenning. I have talked more times their Manager at Chennai office also but till now they did not...

I bought the Orbitrek Elite from RP telebuy skyshop pvt ltd on 16th of November 2011 there was some defect with the product and the installing person jagan called his manager and assure that they will repair or replace the product the next day, office is in archana arcade secunderabad. But till now after many calls also there is no response. I called to Chennai head office there also no response. I suggest please don’t buy this product,...
