Ordered pizza got wrong pizza applied for an exchange but in the process after confirming the replacement they said my order is place and after 2 hours when we called they are saying we canceled the order and they contacted us about the cancellation which is false we have all the recording and bills and screen shot of our no and order Number and now they are saying that my no and name is not registered to my order number they kept me waiting...

Hi, i ordered a pizza from oven story using the phone pe app on 24th december at 9:37pm. The order was supposed to be delivered within 40 minutes but it hasn't happened yet. It is 10:35 pm now and the customer care number is not working. No one is receiving calls on that.

It is so late right now. How is one supposed to find food at this hour? They should at least be available on the customer care number they have provided....

I placed a order (Order no:[protected] on 12 sep around 9: 15 pm, waited for 1 hours but no pizza delivered, try to contact oven story help line number but no response from that number, got a call around 10:45 from mobile [protected] asking where to deliver pizza and it will take another 30 minutes to deliver.

I question him that its too late, he transfer his phone some one called sonu, that person was very rude, instead of say...

I ordered pizza on 20th July 2019. The delivery status is showing delivered but I didn't receive anything. I called on the delivery persons phone number as well but it was switched off then I spoke to customer care they said its a fault from their side and they will refund back my money in 5-7 days to my Phonepe UPI account but its been 10 days now and I have not got my money back.
My Oven Story CRN number is 26438430. the compliant...

Ordered Pizza around 2 hrs back. No delivery information shared and no delivery made. And no response from customer care. Always says busy on another call.
Same thing happened yesterday. After numerous calls, they have delivered the pizza after 2 hrs. Today they are not even responding to the call.
And payment is already done.
I waited hungry for 3 hrs yesterday and today I don't even know when I will get to eat....
