I had place an order during the last week of april from oyy fashion. Also received a message from them saying my product has been shipped and provided a tracking number for the same. 2 weeks later, when i checked the status of the complaint, i could see that the product had not been delivered because i hadn't received the call. This is false as i did not get any call from them. The courier company is moon express. The website isn't even opening...

On 4th may 2019 i had ordered a product from oyyfashion.com which is not yet delivered. The product tracking shows "unable to reach customer". I had provided the complete address and the contact details for the order to be deliverd. The order number is [order #201895] (May 4, 2019) provided through email. Amount rs.2, 263/-

No response from the website after that. The company has no contact number only an email address to...

Yes, they are fake. The company address shows mumbai but they ship the courier through moon express logistics services is in haryana.

I have already submitted several complaints for non receipt of my parcel which i have ordered on 6th may 2019. But till today i have not received any information or reply from this network. I was placed order #212573 on 5th may'2019 but till today i am not getting proper status of my order.

Moon express (Logistics partner) tracking report only showing status that package shipped on 7th may'2019 after that status not updated yet.

Can i get the refund or shoes which i was ordered.

I ordered from OyyFashion and got a tracking I'd but the product is still not in transit got a message as order shipped with tracking id of moonexpress and they don't provide any customer support I wrote various mails but didn't got a single reply. They took online payment and its been more than a week since i order shoes from their website. This is a total fake website and the order still shows in-transit since past few days. I have checked the status lately and now they have delayed the delivery date. I don't know from which heaven are they fetching the product that is taking so much time to deliver.
