I saw a honda dio scooty in quikr and liked it. I called the owner and after negosiation the deal was finalised for 22k. After that he asked me for rs 3150 to issue the documents to my name which i paid without much hesitation as this seller was an army personnel who was posted in panipat according to him. I even got a printed receit fo the same. I was told that the rest amount has to be paid when i will like and be satisfied with the scooty....
