I am so sorry to disturb you but i want to share something about my experience. And i am a very good and long lasting customer of paytm. I have ordered credit card holder from paytm on 3_oct’17 and from till today’s date. 3 times am receiving wrong product and i have returned them either no one is listining and keep saying please order again and it will not happen again. Now paytm has block my account paytm...

I had purchased one product (Maharaja whiteline mark-1 (Jx-100) 450 w juicer mixer grinder (White & red/2 jar) of rs 2, 149/- from paytm on 23/08/2017 & request for return the item on 01/09/2016, after that till now no one came for return & every time when i called to paytm they gave me assurance that product will be returned & amount will be credited within 14 days. But today is 13/9/2017 i had not refund my amount. Kindly do the needful....

I placed an order for gwalior suiting fabric, on 2/3/17, the paytm in its sms sent to my phone on 7/03 did informed me that the order [protected] has been shipped via delhivery with tracking #[protected] delivery date would be to between 8/03/
It is not possible for me to login or to contact any person of paytm is futile as every time it refuses to accept the otp sent...

I have a question ..that some weeks from now while going though online site Paytm.I saw one of the lg washing machine marked as 150 rs and 50 rs as shipping charge total of 200 . I even made the purchase and amount was sucessfully deducted from my account.. i have the screen shots to prove it as a valid amount that the site/seller has put on.. though latter on after one day my order was cancelled and amount was refund..am I...

And payment was completed.I received tracking number, the number is
Z03771685 the courier services is (DTDC). In application of Paytm it showing the item was delivered on 23/09/2016.but I not received the item or parcel. I checked the details by using tracking number by call near our location...
