Platinum services called me to give hotel bookings and food coupons 2 times in a year but they are refusing to provide me with the 2nd booking. No where in their terms and conditions it was mentioned that there needs to be a gap to 6months between 2 hotel bookings but now they are demanding the same. Kindly help.

I was called by Platinum Services claiming to provide an offer of welcome combo kit providing me holiday package, discount, free health checkup and cashback of 4k in food. I somehow got luredby their offers and agreed to pay 9900/- but after 2 days I got to know that their company is fake via various sites. Thus, I want to get the refund the money back to my credit card number.

I regret to say that the payment was made twice by mistake ...this mishappening happened with transaction ID UDHPKF2B and OBXRSTCS and the payment was made on 25th August, 2022.

I will be very much obliged if the money is refunded in the credit card balance(ending 3222)

Then the person I was having conversion explained the benefits with me and latter connected my call to his senior as he mentioned Mr. Vinayak Murthi and he describe all the benefits again to me as below

2 discount card which will give me benefits of 20-30% off on my purchase at any shop where we can pay by cc or dc and that will be a on the spot discount after swiping this discount card
3 full body health check up for 1 person in family or my self
4 2 holiday package of 4 member in family. Which can be at any destination. I have to pay nothing during this holiday stay.
5 if I pay anything out side provided hotel for food I can submit bill and get that money back as reimbursement worth rp 4000
And for all this service them made me pay 8990/- as one time fees and said this I will be paying to my axis Bank branch by my cc and can be convert to emi
They send me a link of payment on mswipe gate way which make me trust them as this is a trusted gate way after making payment. Vinayk murthi provide me contact number by saying this are custom service number for further queries and communication. And took my address email address and even send me mail on my email, The details now in the mail had some crucial info which was not mentioned prior such as offers on purchase available in selected outlets only so I went to online reviews about this company and got to know about fraud they have been done to many more people like me. I called to Vinayak Murthi to check for the cancellation and refund process. But he kept repeating again and again to use the service and he told that there is nothing I can do about getting the money back and he also declined to give any alternative mail id or number to discuss about this. Please share if there any way I can cancel this and get my money back.

Platinum services called me saying i have a goodwill for using the credit card and claimed that they are calling from axis bank and told me that i was eligible for 20% discount on products from my purchase and asked me for the gst for the offer and forced me to do the transaction of Rs.8990 emailed me with all the fake details.

They told that their package contains 5 things
1. Combo kit 2 assured gift item belt & wallet

2. Two exclusive Domestic holiday vouchers for 3
day 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 children (below age of 5 years) across
In India over 120 properties, member needs to
provide prior notice of 21 days (which can be exceeded up to 90 days as
per member wish) with 3 different dates with a gap of 7 days and 3
different locations from which any one date and location will be
confirmed. Members need to pay INR 499 DD handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday Voucher. Every property has some exclusion periods
So member need to avoid it like Goa in December.

3. A transdeal Discount Subscription Card which would entitle
you to get privileges at outlets across India. Discounts can be availed
by following the procedure mentioned on the booklet/directory or on
website like through pre-paid vouchers, online shopping & By Flashing
Card at selected outlets. This subscription would be valid for 1 year
from the date of enrolment. This will help you to avail upto 30% discounts on various brands. This card is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank.

kindly avoid the bills of petrol, diesel, jewelry and utility bills.

4. One food cash back/reimbursement voucher up to (INR 4000)
which can only be redeemed after redemption of first Holiday voucher.

5.One Thyrocare Health Check Up Voucher u can use it with Your Blood Relation.voucher can be Redeemed only One person In Your Blood relation With 199rs DD.

They caused so much mental distress to me by creating such fraud and i'm absolutely suffering on how i made decision that day by paying them.

The claimed package is absolute ###. The card dont work. i got some cheap wallet and belt. Its a waste papers that they have sent me.

Please do take action on this so that other people dont suffer from this

I got the above things along with a card transdeal.in is fake website I thought I would get some help from the website but not a single link in the page redirects to a helpful page, all lands in the same page. Except those link where you need to pay are working fine.

They charged for 8890 for all this, at the end I have been conned by this co.

The person called from Platinum services & offer discount credit card for one year & changed 8990/- as GST. The phone is active till courier received & after that no. is showing incorrect.
Is consumer court take action this type of fake call. Because so many complaints took registered against the company.
Many people have facing the same problem but it look there is no action taken against them.
Please suggest what should I do?

This is a KNOWN FRAUD where a company called PLATINUM SERVICE claim to be calling from AXIS BANK and inform that a service worth Rs. 8990/- has been activated on the credit card because of maintaining a good record. They tell that this is not a confirmation call but rather an information call that this service has been activated. Despite denying them multiple times they call back again and again. Here are the service benefits they claim :

1. Combo kit 2 assured gift item belt & wallet as a complementary.

2. Two exclusive Domestic holiday vouchers for 3 days 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 childrens (below age of 5 years) across in India over more than120 properties, member needs to provide prior notice of 30 days (which can be exceeded up to 90 days as per member wish) with 3 different dates with a gap of 7 days and 3 different locations from which any one date and location will be confirmed. Members need to pay INR 499 DD handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday Voucher.Both holidays can not be club.We will provide precious properties for stay. This subscription would be valid for one year from the date of enrolment. Every property has some exclusion periods .So members need to avoid it like Goa in December.

This is a complete fraud and I don't know how the Payment Gateways allow such transactions. I have the screenshot of transaction, the phone numbers used to call and the whatsapp number used by them during this process. I would request the responsible to look into this matter as I see many people have suffered from this already.
