I have received a call from the company and they explained me the benefits. They told me that they are calling from axis bank. Now the customer care number is not reachable and unable to contact them. They deducted my Rs.8890/-Please help me to get my money back. Please file a complaint against this company so that other people can’t be cheated.

They called me (neha verma - [protected] )on 3 april 2024 said that they are from axis bank credit card department and i am thier privilege customer so they are offering me combo offer
1. wallet and belt
2. discount card
3. full body health checkup
4. 2 days 3 nights trip twice a year

They asked for rs. 8890 for this combo offer when I denied they threatened me that they will add 8890 in my credit card bill in one shot without giving me combo offer. They forcefully made me to pay rs. 8890 via my other credit card.

I recieved a poor quality belt and wallet and some fake documents regarding health checkup and trips. Now they blocked my number. I want my money back I am ready to return thier wallet and belt courier back

On 21st July 2023 I received a call from a person saying that they're calling me from the Credit Card services department and that I have been selected for a gift package because of my Axis Bank credit card usage. Thinking that it was a call from Axis Bank, I went ahead and made a payment of Rs. 9850 for a list of services that they said they were providing as part of a package from Platinum Service. They even said that Rs. 9850 will be converted...

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent call I received on April 1 2023, from someone claiming to be a representative of Axis Bank's service department. The individual informed me that I was eligible for a combo package due to my timely credit card payments.

After going forward with the transaction, I had a doubt and therefore I decided to cross check the same with my Axis Bank Relationship Manager. He told me that the bank doesn't provide any such packages.
Since then I have been calling Platinum Service to cancel my package and return the money but they're refusing it saying that they've sent whatever was promised as part of the package.

Despite repeated requests, they're refusing to cancel it and refund my money. And the reason for not cancelling it is the fact that they've sent everything that they said they would on call. But the truth is that everything that they've sent is useless.

The belt and wallet are unbranded and the the other vouchers also don't look authentic. The transdeals card also doesn't work. Even the no-cost EMI was a trap. Now they're saying that I can convert the amount into EMI as per bank charges only.

Other company names that they've been using are Dream Holidays, TransDeals.

I am not the only victim to their fraud. I read that someone else also had been duped the same way and they registered their complaint here in July. I am sharing their contact details such as phone number, email and the address where the parcel came from. Please look into this matter and get my money refunded. And please ensure that legal action is taken against these fraudsters.

Again after 1 year I started getting calls from them. They are saying "you opted for auto renewal". So we will charge you again same amount. Can you please help me to stop this. If possible to return the amount to me.

I got a call 10 January 2022 from a person saying he is calling from axis bank platinum services. This service is provided with my axis bank credit card and approximately 9000 will be debited from my credit card and which will be reflected in next month’s statement. But I simply denied and asked the person to cancel it as this is without my permission. But the person told it is not possible and the amount will be charged.

They caused so much mental distress to me by creating such fraud and i'm absolutely suffering on how i made decision that day by paying them.

The claimed package is absolute ###. The card dont work. i got some cheap wallet and belt. Its a waste papers that they have sent me.

I want the forum to stop them from renewing my subscription and charging me more. Please do take action on this so that other people dont suffer from this

I got a call from platinum credit card services on 30 dec 2021 and they told they are from axis credit card and i will be given cash Back on shopping, vouchers for holidays, lunch and medical checkup. I was fooled by them . Because none of them was true. I regretted my decision. As if this was enough I got call on 4 Jan 23 that my services are rebewed and i will be charged rs8990 on Feb 23. I have asked them to not to renew this as I'm not interested but they are denying to cancel it as I'll be charged rs11990 if i cancel it. I'm feeling helpless . I m asking the forum to please stop them from debiting more money and refund my money.

Fee weeks back i got a call from this Platinum Services company regarding Discount card which will provide me of discounts on Online and Offline shopping at various websites and stores.

Phone Number from which i got a call is +[protected] and they provided me a Helpline Number[protected]

They told me the Discount Card service will cost me Rs. 9985 for a lifetime and i can turn this amount in 0 Cost EMI’s.

All i want to tell is they all are fraud…I could never convert them in 0 Cost EMI’s and when i called the helpline they said it will be according to Bank’s Policies.

They even told me if i buy this card now i will get 4000 Rs. refund but i never got that refund too.

When i tried shopping online on Amazon…then at that time Helpline told me to buy Discount Vouchers from TransDeals.in Website then only i will get discount on Online purchases…

They are doing fraud with people…They are just making fool and rob the hard earned money of innocent People…

I just want my money refund of 10000 Rs. and i will suggest everyone of reading this never fall into trap and become a victim.
They tell hou differents things before selling a card and they tell you new things after you pay them…

After Some Days (17/10/2022) I search About that Company and saw its Fraud, lot of People are Complaint Against This Company, and I quickly Call Cyber cell And they register My complaint, After that I message Those Company Helpline Number Whatsapp No :+91 [protected] to Please Cancel My Order After that those Company Persons Call me And Say Why you are Cancel Order trust us We fillfull All Services and ask him I show your Compalains Online he asked me Some People is Not able to using In Covid time so They are Complain Agaist us but i am Say i am still not trust you Please Cancel my order and refund me but he ask we not able to cancel your order I ask Why Your parcel is not Deliver me and I am not using Your any services, He tried to me to Accept Parcel but I denied After that call Another person Call me and said Same thing After that call Third Person Call he ask me I am Senior Manager Of that Company and they repeat Same thing, I ask him Stricly I Don't Want Your Services Just Cancel my Order And Refund me Finally he said ok Our Canellation Department Talk to you But still I am Waiting I Told There Helpline Number Via whatsapp and Via Call She Told me Within 24hrs our Cancelllation Department Talk to you, But Still Waiting After 24hrs I call Helpline number she ask me Same thing, When I Stricly Said Almost 3Days past why your Cancellation Department not Cancel my Order then she Told me We Are not refund Your Money Bank refund Your Money. I told his But your Deparmnet Say to me No bank Tried up When I purchase your Order Then She Ask me Our Cancellation Department Call you within 24hrs And She Cut the Call.

I got a call from axis Bank customer care executive they told me about platinum service and I had to gave them money otherwise they will add money without any facilities so when I gave them they are not talkin my calls......

Platinum services called me to give hotel bookings and food coupons 2 times in a year but they are refusing to provide me with the 2nd booking. No where in their terms and conditions it was mentioned that there needs to be a gap to 6months between 2 hotel bookings but now they are demanding the same. Kindly help.

I was called by Platinum Services claiming to provide an offer of welcome combo kit providing me holiday package, discount, free health checkup and cashback of 4k in food. I somehow got luredby their offers and agreed to pay 9900/- but after 2 days I got to know that their company is fake via various sites. Thus, I want to get the refund the money back to my credit card number.

I regret to say that the payment was made twice by mistake ...this mishappening happened with transaction ID UDHPKF2B and OBXRSTCS and the payment was made on 25th August, 2022.

I will be very much obliged if the money is refunded in the credit card balance(ending 3222)

I got a call yesterday by this company saying that they have a combo offer deal for me as I have maintained a good relationship with my credit card and manage it well .And they said this call is from credit card services as visa master. Then the person I was having conversion explained the benefits with me and latter connected my call to his senior as he mentioned Mr. Vinayak Murthi and he describe all the benefits again to me as below

2 discount card which will give me benefits of 20-30% off on my purchase at any shop where we can pay by cc or dc and that will be a on the spot discount after swiping this discount card
3 full body health check up for 1 person in family or my self
4 2 holiday package of 4 member in family. Which can be at any destination. I have to pay nothing during this holiday stay.
5 if I pay anything out side provided hotel for food I can submit bill and get that money back as reimbursement worth rp 4000
And for all this service them made me pay 8990/- as one time fees and said this I will be paying to my axis Bank branch by my cc and can be convert to emi
They send me a link of payment on mswipe gate way which make me trust them as this is a trusted gate way after making payment. Vinayk murthi provide me contact number by saying this are custom service number for further queries and communication. And took my address email address and even send me mail on my email, The details now in the mail had some crucial info which was not mentioned prior such as offers on purchase available in selected outlets only so I went to online reviews about this company and got to know about fraud they have been done to many more people like me. I called to Vinayak Murthi to check for the cancellation and refund process. But he kept repeating again and again to use the service and he told that there is nothing I can do about getting the money back and he also declined to give any alternative mail id or number to discuss about this. Please share if there any way I can cancel this and get my money back.
