I have purchased kheer from industrial area verka plant. As I have consumed half of the kheer i found some sundi (insect) in the kheer. It is such a careless quality issue.
We the parents uses Verka products regularly and such quality issues are intolerable.
It's a bad patch in the name of verka.
Plz look in to the matter so that it's not reported in future.

Today on dated 30.06.2022, I purchased two CASSATTA ICE creams from patiala Road Sangrur Verka Milk Plant’s own Booth .When eating the ice cream My wife found some black thing like wood small in size just 3-4 mm. We just ignored but after this we found another same thing.And Some white hair small in size found in my CASSATTA also.This was not tolerable by us .
Then I go to booth’s owner and told all.He also founded some black things. Kindly look into the matter for avoiding these things

I bought 3 packets of one and half kg verka milk on 29th May, 2022. It split on boiling.we would like a replacement.

There is a Verka booth at sector 27 Chandigarh infront of House No 3032. Most of the time there is no mil available at this booth. At 7 oclock he says, milk has not come yet and at 9 o clock he says milk is finished. Is it a Milk booth or karyana store…vendor is not interested in selling everything except milk.

Very Disappointed to verka Milk products.
I have purchase verka milk green 3 packets and it's date mention on packet is 20/04/2022.
But when we try to boil milk before due date, then all milk spoiled and now my all money wasted today and many times.

So i request to verka for take care on these products or print same day date on packet.

Because I have already suffer many times from last some days.

So i am very disappointed for waste of my money on verka Milk.

I hope verka will take action for again make trust of people's on Verka.

Hi, I'm resident of sector 11 Chandigarh, today I bought verka milk from authorized distributor(verka authorized agency not a retail shop). He charged me 2 Rs.extra for each pouch of 1 KG. When I asked him the reason his didn't give me any response. He only said it's your wish to buy or not but I will not sell at MRP. I request you to look into this matter, Best Regards, Vishal

This is to inform you that I have verka milk agency. Iam writing this complaint regarding verka milk delivery not in time .In summer delivery time is 8.30 am and In winters delivery time was 2.00 am in both seasons delivery not on time . Many times I request verka plant please provide us milk delivery on time so we sell as much as milk and others products and and increase verka milk sale. But on one bother and revert back to us . When I said if you not deliver milk on time then how can we sale and convince customer to buy verka product instead of Amul or other company products . Alots of time I request to them but they replay with rude and harsh words even yesterday they said you closed your agency and furthermore guided us how you can write a letter to verka plant for closed our agency and security refunded. I do not understand why they do this with us . May be backhand they want to promote other company product. Kindly take action against it and its a humble request to you. Please take action as soon as possible.

Selling things at higher prices and each pouches smells alot and many rats can be seen inside and he is selling beyond verka products he doesn't not have full verka products and he sells coca cola pepsi and many more things except verka products so please take a strict action against them or else we will stop buying verka products.

I purchase the verka 1.5 ltr green pouch today. The vendor - Verka milk shop phase 10 mohali charged INR 77/- instead of the printed INR 73/-
When asked why he charged extra INR 4/- he said it was 2 half ltrs.
This is cheating as the consumer should get the fair price.
Please stop this corrupt practice immediately.

Respected sir i inform you that our village chankoian khurd teh payal dist ludhiana having verka dairy secretary named sukhdeep singh s/o karamjeet singh having no. 213 doing adulterations in milk
his fatting machine does not work properly, he also open the machine with screwdrivers which is not under rules he is not authorised person for maintiance the machine
he runns the dairy in his home
he has employed a boy under 18 yeras old in dairy which is not in rules
he also missbehavios the customers
there are not proper tools in dairy which are in inventory of dairy are also short
he also sale the milk localy without paper work
his registers are not up to date
he does not show the fatt to the customers
he also noted wrong fatt of the customers milk
we also submit the fees of membership in dairy but he does not give any reciept as well as member ship
i requested to you for proper audit of our verka dairy, and also want that changeour village's dairy location from his house and also change secretary

Bad taste of verka dahi which is of 5 kg pack. It occurs twice with us.which causes ill effect to health

Hi this is Shubham everytime i buy. 2 packets of milk from the Verka booth Near Computer Chowk in Mohali sector 61. Which is worth 54 rupees i am always given something extra which i do not want in return for the 6 rupees balance. Please look into this.. this has been happening to me over dozen times and the Guy at the counter is disrespectful. As if he does not care.

I am Ahmad enterprises from Srinagar kashmir distributor of verka products. The very company's top officials, coo, marketing managers, product manager has had A big cheat with me. They made me sit on the earth. They caused me a loss of 60 lakh rupees.
Since then I have send so many emails wit evidence, audio recordings to MD, HR head, general managers. But there is no response from there. Now I give them a time for ten days. After that will go the media, and also share in Twitter and Instagram with all proof and evidences.

I'm a regular customer of verka milk but I have to stop purchasing verka because of verka milk distributor's misbehave. He always used to shout, not bothering customers, not giving them proper products they want and always use abuse and rude language .
We have only one distributor near our locality . The curd he gave us was very thin and tasteless. I hope verka can understand the inconvenience faced by customers I hope you will take any action against that distributor or cancel their agency ...

Its today early morning when i done my online payment at verka booth, panjab university chandigarh. After that they told me that they’re not going to take online payment. But i used to pay online from a long time almost from 3 months. After that i showed transaction they said they didn’t believe it. Nor they accepetend my payment and neither i got milk.

I’m a member of Verka Diary 23-A, Morinda. I’m giving the milk to that but the secretary of that diary is not working properly. Means that he isn’t taking away the fat’SNF’ from the milk exactly. Also there is no weekly inspection of the weight/fat machine from any MP of Verka. Even there are no cameras fixed there. So please take a look at above said matter & reply back to me.

I am karandeep singh from village dhadrian district sangrur punjab today i bought 4 packets of milk and retailer named satti sweets charged me 25 rs per half liter but the MRP 21 rs per half liter they charged 4 rs more than mrp please help us

In our are focal point ludhiana, punjab. All verka or amul dealers charge from us 50 rs of 1 kg but the actual price printed in it 49. If i tak about it they di bad behavior with us

Dear sir/madam i'm living in chandigarh and my area was sector 3 mla hostel near police staion chandigarh. And there a one verka booth in my area.. But the booth attendant not provide the milk products like milk, curd and butter etc. When i ask to attendant why you are not provide products they said it's my business... Not yours... And the behavior is too rude... Please take neccessary action against the verka booth attendant...

I am a resident of purab apartments, sector 88, mohali. There is just one shop inside our complex and the shopkeeper charges 2 rs/litre extra. When confronted, he says that he is charging for transportation. Residents of the society are being cheated and a basic commodity like milk cant be overcharged because of whims and fancy of some shop keeper. I am also approaching legal metrology department to complaint about same.

I purchased two packets of milk mrp 23 of each and total amount is 46 but verka booth person took 48 rs when i see the mrp and said mrp is 23 and pls return 2 rs than he said next time visit in the early morning 5 am for collect milk from verka truck i[censored] take milk from our booth you have to pay additional 1 rs from mrp and i[censored] not give additional 1 rs than not come to our booth.
Pls take corrective action
