I purchased two packets of milk mrp 23 of each and total amount is 46 but verka booth person took 48 rs when i see the mrp and said mrp is 23 and pls return 2 rs than he said next time visit in the early morning 5 am for collect milk from verka truck i[censored] take milk from our booth you have to pay additional 1 rs from mrp and i[censored] not give additional 1 rs than not come to our booth.
Pls take corrective action

I m with verka since 2years, i regurlary give about 30 to 35 litres of milk to verka. But your collector nicknamed (Sony) is very corrupted. He doesnot put the acurate quantity of milk. So i request you to please check his all equipments. So that we may get jutice.

I am reagular customer of verka. Verka has increased curd price upto 2 rupees in last one week. Its really disgusting.
Verka is providing cheap quality and more price product which is not fair... I request you to take acation against this firm and re apply curd price to normal as it had. Curd should be sold at 15 rupees for medium size. Rate should be reduced...

I bought two packets of verka milk (Green packet) yesterday from verka booth (Mohali, phase 3a, opposite to janta market). I gave it a proper boil.in between this, i saw that a froth was getting collected on the wall of the pan. I felt maybe the boiling process is leading to this. But when i poured it in a mug, the smell was very different like some kind of soap. The foam still did not disappear. I kept the mug in the fridge for the whole night to check whether it is just a cream or anything else. My concern was correct. It was not at all cream, instead of soapy foam. The smell was also different. I can not even throw so much of milk to bin nor i can give anyone else to consume this. I request you to please ask them to maintain the quality of the product as our family including kids are highly dependent on these products. I understand that the strike is still on and they are not able to supply milk in sufficient amount, but at least they should not play with public's health.

Its highly sorry state of matter that the full cream gold milk marketed by verka stinks like garbage or chemicals when drunk. Milk is such a necessary part of food given to kids the quality of which couldn't and shouldn't be compromised. Its a crime like attempt to murder or more gravely a genocide of coming generations, which will have to be stopped.
The milk packets purchased from reliance fresh, chheharta amritsar on 8th may had the use by date stamp of 9th may, but when opened, it had a typical smell and taste of chemicals which one can smell in some rubber or plastic factory or a pharmacy where different chemicals are used to make drugs.
Moreover the packet doesnt have any batch number which could be communicated and researched about its collection and packing whereabouts
Kindly look into the matter or i will be left with no other option than to go to consumer court or wherever deemed necessary to stop our generation genocide

I purchased verka smart pasteurized double toned milk with b.no.AE44 which was manufactured and packed by m/sfarm fresh Sisco IND.baribrahmna Jammu...When I pour this in the glass...There was a worm floating over it...And there was a such odour that it was unfit for consumption...I tried to contact the incharge marketing but it was in vain...And it is not first time...Once I got some solid particles in the milk packet but at that time I was unaware of consumer complaint

Verka booth phase 3B1 opposite Janta rehari market is not accepting Rs 500 note mohali in the ground that it is applicable only on Vita milk dairies
I bought milk 4 liters today at about 8.30pm and he refused to accept 500 note though he was having sufficient cash of Rs 100 notes and of lower denominations and talsi taking lower cash amount from all the customers in my presence also. On confrontation that Govt. has specially allowed the Milk dairies to accept Rs 500 note., he didn't care and ask me to that i am free to make his complaint but he will not accept 500 note though Rs 100 notes of total amount of Rs10000 is seen by me with him on counter and more then sufficient lower denomination currency notes were availae with him.

This Verka Booth employees are harassing the customers and black marketing the whole amount of lower denomination taking from customers after denying to take 500 old note
Matter very serious and immediate action is required.
You may depute decay customer to find out truth.

A day after yesterday i bought a ice-cream from your distributor (Desraj tandon & sons) (Mob: +91-[protected], +91-[protected] & +91-[protected]) scf 74, sector 30 c. When i have started to eat the ice-cream i found there were an insect in it and i have complaint to the shopkeeper. He told me that is not our fault this is from company end so, you just put a complaint to them i am not able to do any kind of help in this matter. I have some pictures of ice-cream with insect would share with you as well please check it out and i have ice-cream box with my self in freezer. So, kindly revert me on this complaint and i would like to refund against it.

It dis heartning to write this but i have to.
Verka booths and shops who supplied verka milk in Societies and colonies.
every day they charge beyond MRP by giving excuse that we need to earn profit.
the thing i didnt understand that how they can even charge beyond MRP.

Normally people does not bother about it but if we see its ethically wrong.
let see if they sell 1000 packs a day with 1 RS over MRP.
they are making 1000 RS in single day count for weeks then months and then year .its not with one shop every one is doing except few people.

This money goes into their pockets without tax hence black money.

So, it sole responsibility of Verka that no one spoil there name they should make hard rules for this.
