I have booked railway tickets through irctc mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 2min and my money got debited inr 124.5/- from my account but my ticket was not booked and when i was checked my account statement the i got remarks in narration column '[protected]- paytmirctcecatering' and reference number '[protected] ' and transaction date in 17/09/2019. I have booked 2 tickets and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

I open my account on 12th feb. 2010 at SBBJ, Pratapgarh, Rajasthan Branch and my ATM card is return by Post office, becous My Address is not writen on envelop. so I cant recive my ATM card. post office return date is 25th feb.
