I purchased a refrigerator on 25- July-2019 on installment from IDFC Bank. The installment amount is RS.2499/- a total of 9 installments. Full & last installment in march -2020 but the IDFC bank sent me currently ECS request again and again. last month they collect ECS installment charges from my account from Canara bank.
