I Booking ticket which was booked through rail ticket online (login id :darsini)

1. RBR NO.12677045 on 13th JULY 2010
but I have booking ticket payment failed result.
DONECARD PAYMENT GATEWAY FOR OF RS 2157 .
Please guide me what can be done in this issue???
how can i get my money back??...

This complaint is against "RAIL TICKET ONLINE".I booked a ticket on 27th march'10.The balance is not refunded till date.In spite of mailing them continuously and phoning them, nothing fruitful has happened.Neither the company seems to be very interested in replying my mails.Customer care makes fool out of people.Please do not book tickets from this site.The customer service is excessively poor.They...
