dear sirs,

pl. suggest and oblige to change my Ration shop assigned to my Ration card, as the dealer most often is not giving the ration items and found to be misguider.

But, where as other near by ration shop dealer is having the stocks and the card holders under this dealer are happy.

sugar product — sugar not avilable in ration store

Store Name Address - 42-G-100, ref no. K 225 ( Jalaram store,liberty garden Rd no.4,Malad west ,Mumbai-400064) .
Our government declare that orange card holder also get sugar in ration store at the rate of 20 Rs/ kilo form 7th Sept 2009.
But today when i went to ration store they told that sugar hasn't came at there store you can take wheat grain from us. I want to know that whatever store person saying is right? if it is right then why government declare that they will provide sugar form 7th Sept 2009 is government fooling to common people?

Dear sir,

I am vallikkannu from Chromepet lakshmipuram, working women I can go to the shop only in the evening how is it possible for me to go in the office hours.He says we should not come in the evening to buy ration. Not responding to customer, yesterday evening we went to the ration shop for supply he was not responding properly he was busy taking over the phone no response he says no sales boy available.

He says that everytime we have to purchase for Rs.40/- other items then only he will give us supply.How is it possible for us to purchase every time for Rs.40/- very bad behaviour.

The Rationa Shop NO.KD0125 at Vembuliamman Koil Street, Gowrivakkam, Chennai 73 is the most currupted place as follows :-

1. They do not issue item after 1230 p.m. and send the consumers back
2. The cashier Old Man and the Lady do not return the balance amount
3. Issue items without giving Receipt/Bill and simply collect money and ask the consumer to collect item in the counter
4. Make entries in the ration card even for the items not purchased saying that if entry is not make that particular item will not be issued next month
5. A very corrupted place and one cannot tolerate it.

PLEASE ARRANGE FOR SUDDEN VISIT AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.

but in mahalakshminagar shop of guduvanchery the keeper ill treat the public and black market the supplies

ration shop holder dambel is not issuing rice which is alloted 12 kg this month, owner says only 2 kg can be given as they have brouht less quantity .

i have same complaint against the ration shop in nenmannikkara.most of the time shop is closed.he says the time is from 10 to 12 and 4 to 6 .but not open in correct time.but closes in correct time.i need to know is what is the real time of ration shops in kerala??.i dont think that most people can buy items from shop in this time interval.please kindly solve this issue .its not a personal complaint its from our whole area demands this ..thank you so much

Please inform the working hours of ration shop

It is not seen any board showing the working hours of the ration shops inmost places. As per my knowledge the timings are from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2pm to 7 pm.
If the timings are exhibited it will be convenient to the consumers. If the concerned authorities enforce that the working hours are exhibited in front of the RATION SHOPS & MAVELI STORES.

Its about the ration shop no :- 02 in Vriddhachalam. The employees are not treating the public in a proper manner. And they are not issuing the commodities in right time. they also work very slowly, as people gather a lot.

Ration Sugar — Not getting sugar from ration shop

I am staying near kapadia nagar in kurla(w), Mumbai.
We are not able to get ration grocery like sugar, oil etc from
the ration shop just outside kapadia nagar, next to manoj medical store. After 15th of every month we are supposed to get sugar etc but the store keeper says that sugar has not come in this month and we do not get our ration. Then this shopkeeper sells the same sugar in black with much more higher prices. Please help us sir as soon as possible as many o[censored]s are facing this problem.

Today I went to buy Sugar in my ration shop which is next to the chetput bus stop.

The person at the shop said they have run out of sugar and therefore I will miss my quotat for this month.

How can it happen??

I am a resident of Nabi Karim, Paharganj Delhi. We have only one ration shop in our area, the owner of the license for that FPSM never gives the essential basic items to the card holders .Whenever we goes to his shop to buy the commodity he only says the commodity is not in movement from the Food & Supply Deptt. and this is going on from the past 5-8 years. As the FPSMs are for the social welfare for the people. But I investigated that I sells out to the retail shopkeepers at a higher profit margins. His behavior is also so rude that people have a fear to ask for their rights .At most of the times he says I have many links in deptt. no one can take my FPSM license back .

I being the citizen of India and resident of same place taking initiative to resolve this problem others too and care for my parents who purchase the commodities from retail shops at much higher rated .
I want you to take necessary actions for the same and cancel hi license asap.

I am living in Madambakkam.Usually I go to the ration shop to buy the products.I often witness the man who put the bill taking money from people without seeing their ration cards.this man and the supplier sell the goods to shops and people.This is usually done in the working time & evening time when there is no one near the shop.when he weighs the products in the machine, he keeps his hand at the bottom of the machine.this reduces the amount of product.And when I once asked him he abused me.the shop code is KD116.I hope you will take necessary action against this.

I, Sangeeta Ethurasan Udayar orange colour ration card holder, wherever we as kerosene, sugar and required food grain are not avalible always. And the shopkeeper has written that we having gas cylinder, we are not having any gas cylinder. On 10th Aug, 2010 I went to ask sugar, i got negative answer and told to come on 12th and he didn' give. He is continously harrasing us by not giving any food grain or kerosene.

Quite often, kerosene, Wheat and rice are not available or the sugar is less than 500 grams. People wish to complain against the shopkeeper but are afraid that he may be abusive or confiscate their card. At such times to whom should one complain? First, one should ask for the complaint book in the ration shop and enter the complaint in the book. Then inspector examines the book every time he visits the shop. If the inspector does not redress your complaint, you should complaint to the tehsilder/rationing officer. If there is steel no action complain to the Collector/Addl. Collector or District Supply Officer / Controller of Rationing. Regarding Policy matters, suggestions or complaints should be sent to the Secretary, Department of foods Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs or to the Minister. To ensure implementation of the rules and assert one's rights is diffcult for one person, hence it is necessary to from local organisations of ration card holders. Local groups, women's groups and party branches should take the lead in solving card holder's problems. For this complaints redressal committees.need to be set up.Card holder, ration shopkeepers and ration inspector should be member of this committees.
Such a committee could be for one ration shop or for 4 - 5 ration shops jointly. Problems that cannot be sloved by the committee can be referred to the Controller or the Department. The PDS covers all of Maharashtra. Rationing Problems affect everyone from city dwellers to adivasis. it is essential that those oganisations which are working on behalf of cards holders should come together in the form of a federation to ensure proper working of the PDS.

our ration shop name is Airlines playground. shop no.JD078. mr. subramanian - sales assistant he told me that we ll not provide groceries in the evening time. i[censored] want come in the morning. but last month Administrative officer gave strict order. then they provided in the evening time. mr. subramanian told that even u give complaint to chief minister i wont bother. i ll nt give provision in the evening.

In Chennai at Porur (mangala Nager 10th Cross Street, Ration Shop) in there they Kept Stationary items Like toothpaste, soap etc. they are forcing us to buy the stationary items.if we neglate the item to buy they are not giving the ration product.we are getting too struggle of that.so please do the needful.

v r having ration card that belongs to jayaram nagar(shop name & no.-FB059, kolathur), there they are starting to put the bill by 9.30am and they are collecting all cards and keeping by 11am.if we go by 11.01am also they will not get the card.if we ask anything means they will talk rubbhisly.all the whole month there will be rush only.we people are working, if they behave like this means how will we get the things.please take some action immediately on the person incharge or split some of the cards to another shop.these people are cheating us.stupid fellows.

Yes, I agree with this. Govt should listen to them & take action immediately to stop this sort of curruption. It it not enough to give ad on TV & paper that Govt. is is providing ration on such n such price. But our ration shop people are so good, so good that we do not have word to praise them!!

yes but my complain is in mumbai many little hotel high price in soft drink at mrp rate, why? mrp price of 200 ml.soft drink is rs.8 or 9, but many hotel or cafe take price of softdrink is rs.12.my area complain in charniroad mumbai.so you can action against this my complain.

in ullagaram, Ration Shop No.KG003, Kasturibai at ullagaram. Madras-600 091. one servant lady residing at door no.10, parthiban street, ullagaram is having ten ration cards and buying for others and selling in public. one Mr.Rathna sabapathy is living at door no.10, parthiban street, has left for colombo 5 years back and settled there. Why his ration card has not been seized when he is at abroad. his servant name is mrs.vasantha is having his card and getting all items from ration shop and selling in public.

The ration shop in Madhavaram Milk Colony( Shop No.GA068); is treating the card owners very badly. They use abusive langauge and say use unparlimentary language to aged people also. This is total harrassement. whenever we go and ask for the ration items, they will say no to us.
They make us go up and down like dogs. And don't even give us the complaint book to allow us to register a complaint. they have become so corrupt. And know they can escape with a little bribe.
The Govt should take serious action against this. These guys should be punished.

Ration Shop — No stock of oil

Ration shop in madipakkam nearby siva-vishnu temple had not been stocking enough oils for more than three or four months. so we are facing problem and has to go to that shop two or three times to get oil. Please take action to stock all items in enough quantities to help us getting items one time.

Further we are forcing people to buy other items about Rs.50 apart of ration. Is government put any order to purchase other products along with the ration items?

I am resident of Ghaziabad and want to know where a person can open ration shop. A ration shop has opened adjecent to my house. Eversince it has opened we are facing lot of problems. Rat population has increased Ant are raoming in my house.
Also shop keeper does not distribute good properly as he say "those who have purcharse wheat previous month can not purchase it this month". That is we have to purcharse wheat in alternative month. Please suggest so that we and further go ahead and take any action against him.
