I bought these shoes red tape rtr0993 on january 29, 2017. And i raised a complaint hardly after 1 month i. E. On february 16, 2017. As i wasn't able to figure out how to clean these shoes. After receiving the complaint they advised me to visit the red tape showroom who further advised me to buy their neutral polish to clean the shoes. After using that polish, i wasn't able to clean the dirt. Again i visited the red tape showroom and they advised me to buy their polish (Pro color light tan color). Even after using it, my shoes were not in proper color.

7-10 days back it was raining and i was wearing the same shoes. I kept the shoes out of my room and left them to dry, and next morning i was amazed at what i observed, my shoes lost their color, i saw a brown liquid deposited beneath my shoes. I was shocked, it isn't genuine leather.

My pro color shoe polish has got fungus, my shoes look like #.

I am tired of visiting their showrooms and i want my money back.

Hi, after sending to the customer care they replied by saying sorry for the inconvenience n asked me to send my location n contact details after send them my details now they have stopped replying to mail. Even after reminding them by two mails they have not replied. Being such a big n international brand this is not fare to do with their regular customer.

I purchased red tape shoes model rts8843 tan leather formal shoes size uk 7 and wore it twice and there was a little rain that day and some days later its sole expanded and its glue came off. Now both the shoes are of diffrent height because sole of the shoes expanded. I am a regular customer of red tape shoes and this is the first time i am facing issues with red tape shoes earlier i was satisfied with the quality red tape offer but this time it is of very poor.
Really looking forward for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

I purchased a white linen shirt and told the salesman that i might get back to exchange the size as it's a gift for someone. After two days i went to exchange the owner threw it in our face and was shouting like hell as it was not ironed like before
The shirt was clean and unused
But still they even tried to harm us physically and their behaviour was insensible with respect to customer care services

Hi team,

I purchase a red tape shoes from paschim vihar branch and it was defective.
With in a month i complaint it with showroom. He repairs the shoes.
Ideally, he should replace the product as it was defective.

And i thought it will works fine post repairing too.

But today.. I complaint with him again today (20 may'17) for the same problem.

I do not have the purchase invoice copy nor details when it got

Ever thought that i will face such challenge as i did not purchase the
Local shoes.

Even that problem even i do not face it yet with the local shoes.

Either the product was defective or duplicate.

I purchased red tape shoes from lajpat nagar store with warrenty of 3 month but with in 10 days of purchase product show some defect in color and quality, so given them back for replacement after that i visited 5 times in last 4 months but no required action is taken by company, i already write complaint at coustomer care and even called them more that 15 times but no necessary action taken by them. cost of this product is 3000 and now they are saying warrenty is over even the product is with red tape store from the date is purchased this product, please check attached images of product and condition within 10 days of product usage

I bought my first ever pair of Tan Red tape shoes in Dec 2015 from Shoppers Stop Vashi red tape outlet. Within a year the tan color started to fade off. I requested to repair the shoes to which they denied earlier but eventually somehow agreed to repair it. They informed that they will apply one layer of tanning on it. I said make sure it doesn't get darker. When I received it I was shocked to see that my tan color shoes were so dark that they looked BLACK. I was so not satisfied with this kind of service. I told them that I wont accept this I need a replacement to which they told that this cannot be done now.

My INR 3500 were a complete waste as I hardly wore them.
I have decided never to buy the Red tape shoes ever in my life.

I had bought red tape shoes worth rs. 3200 from mgf metropolitan store in gurgaon on 21 oct 2016. On just wearing shoes twice the stitches came out. I gave shoes to the store back for repairing on 28 oct 2016 and they gave me a date of 6 nov 2016. When i called them they told me that shoes have not yet arrived from their repairing centre. I went to store on 14 nov 2016 and they handed over the shoes to me. The restitching done was of very very poor quality. Instead of white colour thread present on the shoes they did stitching by grey colour thread and also damaged them from the sides. When i asked the store management about the poor repairing they said this is the way we repair it and we are not responsible for anything.

I also talked to store manager but he also behaved badly and refused to help. When i insisted them then they ask to keep shoes for 3 more days. But i have no more expectations.

Red tape has a very bad servicing. Please avoid buying shoes from this company in the future.

I took the shoes from kumar pacefice mall in pune, rs.3000,
24th dec 2015.that shoes got tone in 15 days i had given them for chenge and give they given me back after 1 month the same shoes stiching now agen after 2 moths it got tone same palce agen.
this very very bad thing happen and i m using red tape shoes past 7 year.but what i got in writans.plz do let me know what shoud be done.

I have bought one T-Shirt to REDTAPE Showroom (Mahipalpur, Delhi) on[protected]. After My First use Seam was breaking on back side shoulder. Really This brand did not full fill my requirement. I will doesn't preffered any product of RED TAPE. I am working in reputed third party lab, Where we has been performed many physical & chemical test on garment for different different buyer. We are notice that BENETTON, LEVIS, M&S many reputed brand doing all necessories test on own product.But I think RED TAPE doesn't conducting nesessories test on own product. Hello, I bought a pair of black leather loafers(article number 7991) on dated 21.10.2014 from red tape store behind universal petrol pump Dehradun, (Uttarakhand) and the store is registered in the name o[censored]NIVERSAL ENTERPRISES. I travel to work and back home in my car the sole of your product popped out and the product was still under warranty. I went to your store and the replacement which I got was unacceptable and not inline with the company policies which were cleary explained on the company's website and the same was explained in the written format provided while purchasing the product. defective leather I have purchased a Red tape brown leather high neck shoes from red tape showroom KARNAL (haryana) the shoe has started shrinking and defected leather the shoes look like very poor and defeted . The Shirts found defective and strip of the sandal has been removed/ torn with in fifteen days. Both the articles have been returned to the mentioned shop to replace the New on[protected]. I bought a pair of shoes brand Red Tape from their authorized showroom in Najafgarh Delhi.

On just 1st time, the shoes got torn from front, parallel to the stitching. I mailed to @ [protected]@redtapeindia.com got reply no solution. After thn I went to the showroom for this the invoice was showing. The shopkeeper started fighting with me saying that we are only for sale and this is problem of your feet not company.

Please guide me to proceed further, if required I am ready to file Consumer case also.

Dear Sir/Mam Your Company Outlet Owner was call to me and ask to me it is you foot problem and he does not give me a solution so plz help me for that otherwise i will put court case.

I had purchased a shoe from their online store in discount offer on 15th may 2012. the shoes started wearing out in few wears itself. i had raised a complaint on 29th June 2012 to their [protected]@redtapeindia.com & to their GM Mr.Arvind Verma < [protected]@redtapeindia.com>. they asked me to despatch the shoes to them. i was regularly in touch with them by email / phone, after several follow ups on 27th July 2012, their Service head Mr.Shahid replied " nothing can be done for these shoes as these are 6 months old and in turn we shall offer you Rs.500 discount for new purchases"
i got disgusted and called back again, spoke to Mr.Arvind and finally they replied to me on 28th July that shoes would be replaced and the same pair was replaced ( it wasn new) on 4th August. I was literally impressed till then.
But in 9 months since then, the shoes have worn out in battered condition and every inch of shoe is popping out.So its been exactly a year now and i had sent a mail on 16th may 2013, reporting the condition of my shoes with images to their customer care and Mr.Arvind verma, and this i have been sending a mail daily to their mail boxes, but they have failed to respond back.
I Started posting these defective shoe images on their Facebook profile, for which they have responded "If you recall we had replaced your shoe in August last year after you had complained after around 2 months usage of the same, now you are again seeking replacement after using it for around 9 months. Also, you had bought this shoe on 40% discount thru our online portal. We dont think this is fair although we always go out of our way to satisfy our customers and we always hold them in high esteem"

i really dont understand what they mean by i had purchased in an discount, do they sell degraded shoes in sales, why dont they give a written statement that the quality of this shoes was not worth upto non discounted shoes. and how they wash away their hands in 12 months. i have purchased a shoe worth Rs.2000 and above, i expect the quality of the shoe worth it otherwise why should i buy this brand.

Im looking forward to receive cash refund for the amount of shoes back.

I had purchased Red Tape shoes nealry 3 month back for around rs 3000, while purchasing brand image of redtape was in my mind & thought pruchasing red tape shoes would be a good deal. But now my views has changed there after.

And by mistake the bill was misplaced by me and my shoes got damaged in foot area only in 4 months.. And i have visited shoppers stop regarding the same, but they denied that theybcant help me in this regards..

the shoes were under code number RTS 6595 Stone colour size 41 leather material. After wearing for about 1 month the shoes got torn at the back.
the shopkeeper took the shoes and said he will return or exchange. I want the same type of shoes the shopkeeper is saying that the stock is still not come its been about a One and a half month now.

I want to tell you that I purchased Red Tape leather shoes on 18 Jan, 2012. Its price 3295 and its black in color. I have a problem that the sole of these shoes is cracked from backside. It just 3 months to purchased and problem occurs. I purchased it from Mochi Chandigarh, Sector-17. Please pay attention and overcome this problem.

I purchased red tape shoes (RTS 5338) on 18 june 2011. in little less than a months time the sole went bad and lost all its roughness, so it is impossible to walk with that as it is very slippery. I bought the shoes from shopper stop, bandra for Rs 2195.

I took for repair at shopperstop , mulund (its close to my home) and they said they will have to send the product to company to get the sole replaced. Now they have returned to me saying, sole can not be replaced as per company policy.

Its strange that sole goes bad in a month's time from purchase and it is not covered under warranty. The box does not say this.

I bought red tape shoes some 2 and a half months back and it is all torn out. The shopkeeper says that he will only put glue to it and I think that will make it run or more 1 month and then its life is over.
Please suggest me a solution as the shoes were 2000 something and I think I have been cheated for it by a reputed company.

This is to inform you that I have purchased a woolen pullover of Red tape from MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD.(RED TAPE EXCLUIVE SHOWROOM) SHOPE NO E 29, SOUTH EX PART-II NEW DELHI-21 on 5/12/2010. Within 3-4 days of purchase the pullover which is being purchased by me start doing bubbling. The complaint instantly reported to the shop Incharge Mr. Raj& Mr. Harsh through phone, as I was busy in job I was unable to go the shop.I have visited physically the shop on 21/12/2010.They instantly reported the same complaint to their respective Territory Incharge in Noida(Nodal Office). As per them they have sended my pullover to the company,the company decided not to replace the damaged product, but ask me to take the another product at the discount of 50percent. The company is not taking any action in this regard& also start not picking up my phone. I have personally visited the store 10 times in such a cold season which make me PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY& FINANCIALLY HARASSED.Company threatend to not to go against the complaint in RTI or Consumer Complaint/ Court no one is there to look after your complaint. I have handed over my pullover whose detail is as below-
