Red Tape Complaints & Reviews

Sir,
Since my young days i always believed that RED TAPE is a leading brand in shoes manufacturing.
Recently i had purchased a pair of Red Tape shoes model no:RTS414 size 43 from Sobo central Mall in Tardeo mumbai on17 July 2010 vide there invoice no:001294.
Since then I have used these shoes only 4 times and they have proved that my decision to spend my money on Red tape was wrong.
These shoes make my feet numb and cause blistering despite being perfect size for me.On one occasion after partying in these shoes i had to take leave from my office the next day because of blisters.
Despite being used just four times they have already gone old and look as if they are a year old(please see the attached photo)
Really poor quality.I never expected this kind of product from Red Tape.

I had purchased a pair of Red Tape shoes from mani's family mart kollam, around 6 of august 2009. within three months my shoe color is fading out. and purchased it for the sum of rs 2500 /...i have already noted them regarding shoe color , and they collected my collected my shoes and kept . i didn get a statisfactory answer frm them. As per the rules of this store, they have to give free repairs for the shoes in case the shoes are damaged within a period less than 1 year from the date of purchase...kindly consider this matter seriously ...after all its hard earned money .. and i am a dentist by profession, so time is important for me..
