Subject: DELAY IN PROCESSING OF MY PASSPORT

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Mr.Srinivas N, and I had applied for a Fresh Indian Passport at RPO,Koramangala,Bengaluru on:
04/05/2011 and got my Police Verification done in the month of June 2011.
It has been 50 days since, and my status on the website still reads -

Old File Number: BNGW99007811
New File Number:
BN79W[protected]br...

Everyday Regional Passport Office of Bangalore issues 250-300 tokens but complained are noted down in paper and its thrown in dust bin. There is no any follow up to the systems.
All the token's papers should be scanned and attached to passport file number. But its not happening.
Regional Passport officer should answer this question.
Bangalore Police always send the police verification report in 10-15 days to Regional...

The employee of Passport office intentionally does not update status in www.passportindia.gov.in.

I am not able to understand the status of Passport in www.passportindia.gov.in

"Police has completed verification process on 10/04/2011. Your passport will be dispatched after Clear Police Verification Report is received at Regional Passport Office. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched"

Actually my police verification was cleared in Feb 15 ,2011br...

I had applied for passport renewal in July 2007. My Reference no. is F00641507. My police verification for passport has been completed in the year 2008 on 22.11.2008 but I have not received my renewed passport yet. Kindly do something. Status in the internet showing in Orange color. My date of birth is 06.01.1974.
