My self Harendra Kumar Tyagi , I have a Health Insurance Silver plan (2 lac) of Reliance Health Insurance since three year (Policy no.[protected] )and corporate policy from my office( 01 lac) .This policy( No.[protected]) was also from Reliance Gen.Insurance . The TPA of My personal policy is Medi Assist and of corporate policy is Paramount Health services.I use the corporate policy cash less(Approx Rs 45000.00)...

I have taken a relaince Health Policy through ABN amro Credit Card two years earlier and it got expired on 21-Sep-2010.I renewed it through my HDFC bank credit Card and i had not received even a soft copy of the form to my email ID.Gr8 Service by Reliance.when i tried to cancel the policy,i called Relaince people and i was asked to contact the ABN Amro Bank as my policy is through ABN Bank but when i contacted them they told that...
