In the year 2009, I filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Fathepura, Udaipur, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, also this card not activated till date. kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

In the year 2009, I filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Fathepura, Udaipur, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, also this card not activated till date. kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

CARD & OFFERS MENTIONED NOT GIVEN!!
SINCE ALMOST A YEAR I HAVE TAKEN RELIANCE ONE MEMBERSHIP CARD FROM RELIANCE FRESH OUTLET IN MUMBAI!!
I WAS TOLD YOU WILLL RECIEVE YOUR PERMANENT CARD IN A MONTH BUT AFTER 10 MONTHS ALSO I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CARD!!! ALSO HAVE COMPLAINED ABT CARD MANY TIMES AT THE OUTLET BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THE COMPLAIN YET!!!
ALSO BENEFITS MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF MEMBERSHIP ARE NOT GIVEN!!! WHATS THE USE OF ACCUMULATION OF...

Courier Not received
As I received the SMS from the local Overnite Express on 18.08.08 @ 20.01 hrs stating that they are unable to deliver my consignment received from Reliance one and Reference No.[protected]. They are given the mobile nos.[protected] /15 to contact us... but till now (20.09.08 @ 16.00 hrs) i have tried more than 15 times on both the numbers i am not able to reach them (some time it is switchoff and engaged tone)
