I have purchased bike in april 2022after 3 month charger problem was happen I have submitted charger to revolt service center on date 11 th July almost 36 days completed but my charger was not given I have wisted to service centre every week but they can't coperate

Wrote couple email /called Company personnel but no response.

It is expected to show responsiveness but no information exchange or further insight on the refund.

I Have Done Booking a Bike on Revolt Motors website My Booking Amount was 9999 but Some Financial reason I Cancle my Booking but my Booking amount isn't refunded yet And I saw so many Videos and Complain that they not easily return the money please help me to get my money back it's not a small amount to me

Today I had worst experience with revolt customer care.. Especially your customer care executives, they sound rude.. Like - Ajay. He was with me on call for 1hour but not ready to listen and i asked him to connect me with manager, supervisor, team leader. But on the whole call he was keep on saying that there is no one on the floor. How bad management you guys have. Really careless management.
I was with him for 1 hr on call and in that duration there was no senior available.
He should be terminated thats what i feel.
Still my issue is not resolve... Again it is because o[censored]seless, careless management.

Fedupp with revolt motors Hyderabad as our bike is just 3 months old damaged thrice and repaired after 15-20 days and now again belt has cut the wrost service man tells to bring bike to showroom kindly resolve the problem

I have cancel my booking on 2nd june 2022 still after 45 days i havent get my refund amount my booking id is RV400-RED-S118-JAN-FEB[protected].the cutomer support is very pathetic peoples

I buyed a new RV 400 3 months back and within 3 months my bike is not working and having battery issue as the battery is burned and it is under warranty so as per process i did send my bike to the service station on 3rd July 2022 and still my bike is not fixed i have bought this bike on EMI and still paying for it even though im not able to use my bike. I have called emailed the customer support but with limited help. I have escalated the issue multiple times but still they are not even bothered to hear the issue and says will call back and even after 15 days no call back has been received and when informed them about it they are saying we will re register the complaint and it will take another 7 working days for a call back and made a joke of the complaint service i want to give my bike away and get the amt refunded. This is really frustrating and even tough we are paying money still they are not resolving the issue

Hi team. I booked a revolt bike RV400 by paying Rs.3999, in September 2020 and my booking ID is RV400-BLK-NOV-DEC[protected][protected]. I have cancelled my booking as on 13th of Jan 2021 and I haven't received my refund. I have called their customer care, sent an email. But still no refund from them. Please help.

The service by revolt motors is not good at all. When there are minor problems due to wear and tear the company is not responding well. For a small issue they are keeping my bike for minimum 1 week. And they are not attending any of my calls and their service center mobile no is always switched off[protected]. And they are not fixing the problems 100% every fix is only temporary which is leading to minor accidents... And list goes on. I request someone to take necessary actions on this.

Charger Fault under warranty more then ten day left still not replacement i am very dispointed kindly give me new charger as soon as possible

I have a Cancelled my Bike booking 22nd May and revolt policy is 20 working days refundeble but payment not recived and not any responds by revolt motors. and i have a three time call in coustomer care he is talk to wait and watch.

Refund my cancellation money asap.
I have been waiting from 1.5 months.

It's been 45 days of my cancellation request in revoltmotors. I have called 5-6 times to customer care. They keep giving me same answer to wait 10days in every call.

In company' terms and conditions only 25-30 days are mentioned for getting refund.

I am really frustrated now. It's been 45 days. And my 19, 999 rs are stucked in revoltmotors. I need my money asap.

Sir I’m from mumbai it’s been a month my bike has been in service centre because no headlamp part available in andheri service centre and for the appointment it took 15 days ..1 month has been passed I’m not using my bike i called service centre they too not picking up call given to service that too has been not done properly breakpad not done sound has been not done pls look after my matter sir bike no MH02FM3993

I booked for revolt RV 400 on October 2021 by paying Rs. 20000/- and the delivery slot was in feb - march 2022. Bike not received till today. The booking made to Kozhikode showroom, Kerala but the showroom not opened in Kozhikode. They started booking again but didn't deliver already booked customers. I request you to stop the new bookings and make arrangements to deliver the bikes who has all ready booked.

Dear team,
I was booked an electric bike from revolt motor and give rs. 18999/- pre-booking amount via razorpay from my credit card on 22-oct-2021. As per the revolt bike delivery slot was jan-feb, for on time delivery i visited revolt hub multiple times given documents
also to them as per the demand and after no positive response multiple time tried to cancle the booking online but the link was not working so I visited the revolt hub on sb road pune as per custom care instructions, i told kunal pandey the hub person to cancle my booking after multiple request he sent one mail to the internal team to cancle the booking on[protected], but not added me in cc, now on revolt sire it is showing that my booking is cancled but not received nay mail confirmation, taking followup via mail and customer care but no positive response still, i don't receive my amount. I talked many times to revolt motors and razorpay, and raise a request to my refund but still amount not received, but its huge time now, i have not received any amount.
So i request you please check all the attached files in this dispute and help me to receive my amount back with penality.

I have purchase Revolt RV 300 on Sept 2020, Before purchasing they informed us 5years warranty for motor and 8 years warranty for battery..

For the past 15 days i have issue with my bike and battery life span got over, Battery getting fire when i start my bike.

And also no proper response from ANNA NAGAR showroom, they told that we have placed order for battery but not yet received.

Very poor service.

Dont waste your hard earned money by purchasing this Fraud company bike

I booked in Nov 21 by paying 19999 as booking amount.Got mail of delivery slot of feb-mar 22 waited as per scheduled slot.
Till end didn't receive any information, mail or on call.After 5-6 mails, numerous calls and msgs company is absolutely silent and gone numb. Each time an auto mail is received, saying

Customer care number does not get connected easily takes more 5han 15min to join.after connecting, they will say your complaint is taken and forwarded to relevant team. Then no reply or call, they don't care at all.

This REVOLT Company is making money from intrest of helpless customers on the pretext of server / technical issues which is going on for months. People be careful. These local chap companies behave also local cheap.

I have booked REVOLT RV 400 model in OCT'2021. My vehicle was delivered on MAR'2021. The one which i have drove as part of test drive was old version, which has very comfortable seat height. The one which i have received was new version, this version seat is very height due to change in suspension shaft. Very much uncomfortable to drive. I have approached Revolt showroom for decreasing the height, they say it is not possible. I have also requested them to replace the new suspension with old version suspension. REVOLT says, manufacturer has stopped its old version production. This is very much disappointing despite of being ready to procure.
Requesting to reduce the seat height.

Hi All. I booked a revolt bike RV400 in February 2021 by paying Rs.7999, and my booking ID is RV400-RED-P118-MAR-APR[protected]. I cancelled my booking on 29th of Nov 2021 and I haven't received my refund after 30 days. I called their Chennai Showroom number & they told me to send the details in Whatsapp. But still no refund & response from them. Please help.

I had booked my Revolt RV 400 on 18 June 2021 and got the possession of my bike in November 2021. I had book in Revolt Showroom Andheri, Mumbai.

While talking the possession they had submitted the helmet as per the law. While taking possession i didn't check the helmet as i had taken my personal helmet at the time of bike delivery.

When checked the helmet at home it found to be a small size. Couldn't fit to any one in my home. Therefore I contacted Revolt Showroom and they agreed for the exchange. When i went for the exchange they just said you had used the helmet we won't take it back.
This is the way Revolt andheri team talks to their customers.

Also the bluetooth headset which they had fitted in the helmet is also broken.

I need the refund or exchange of helmet and Bluetooth device. Charges had been taken by revolt for helmet and Bluetooth device.
