I ordered 3 pcs of clip cord lightning (apple) and was given an Order No: F1E5E70777. A tracking no was also give as LX[protected]CN but their system does not recognize.

I have sent an email to their .. [protected]@rockettcommerce.com
and the reply was don't worry it will come.

My MasterCard was charged $33.93 on the 07th July 2020.

To-date nothing has happened while I'm constantly sending them...

I placed an order for 2 sets of silicone lids and get one set free on sat. 7/11/2020. Money was taken from my account but i have not received an email from them or the items....

I ordered two phone charges on[protected] for $25.94. As of today,
[protected], i still have not received my order. The money was taken out of my account on[protected].

I would like to have my two phone charges or a refund of my money!...

Ordered these on 15th july and am still waiting for delivery a month later. I assume this advert was a scam which was viewed on facebook. There is nowhere to get a refund or speak to anyone related to the item.

I would like a refund but assume there is no chance....

I placed an order for their silicone lids on 5/12/20 - the amount of $11.97 +$5.99 (S&h) was deducted immediately from my account; and then accidently placed the same order again on 5/17/20 - same amounts deducted again.
I have not received a confirmation, email, phone call, fb message of nothing.

I ordered and had confirmation on May 18-2020 for an expandable plastic lid covers. I paid by Mastercard. I will not give that account number here. There was no address only a confirmation order #

There was not address no identification of the location of the company. It said that that delivery would be 10-25 days and that an email with a tracking number would follow.
I will be posting a notice on Facebook...

On 5/5/2020 I responded to an ad on Facebook for flexible silicone bowl lids, buy 2 sets, get one free for $23.94 and gave them my credit card number. After processing the transaction, I was asked if I wanted another set for $3.97 which I accepted. My card was charged for the $23.94 and the $3.97 but I never got a shipping notice and have not received the lids.

I do not know what country the company is located in....

I placed an order for these lids on may 12, 2020 i have not received anything and i never was given a way that they would be sent to me. They cost me $31.85 i would like my money returned to me....

I placed an on line order for magic lids on 5/12 for $21.93 with shipping. The order number is c64290a3be and i have never received it....

I ordered magic lids off of facebook on 5/13/2020. They were buy 2 and get third free. I received a thank you for my order with a order#a86b46f4f4. It is now 6/22/2020 and i have never heard back from them and i never received the magic lids. I want a refund of my money asap or send me my magic lids and i will be satisficed. I will have learned a hard lesson... Do not order from companies over seas. I do not have pictures but check on facebook...

Ordered on 5/19/20. Recieved order confermation. But did not get an email that my order was shopped. Has my order been shipped or lost?...

Ordered this item back in feb. I feel it was a scam and i do know i will never see the money they took from my credit card. The easy lids were on a special deal buy 2 get one free. I bought 2 and they charged my account and they got paid. I could not stop the payment since they were telling me the order is in process. Never rec'd the product....
