I am feeling like cheated by them....

Poor Quality & Service of Products

Respected Sir,
I Have ordered the product (Sofa Cum Bed) in RP Telebuy Skyshop Pvt Ltd., through phone on 07.03.13. And i received the said product on cash on delivery and paid 4500 as cash. They promised me to give 10 days replacement warranty and 6 month of free service warranty. But after using the product on 10th day i felt the poor quality of it and the product became unusable with air pressure constantly released...

This is Uma from Bangalore, I have purchased a ORBITREK ELITE product on 06 feb 2012 from RP TELEBUY SKYSHOP PVT LTD company and it is under warranty for one year. It is not working properly from past three months, so one day i called them and asked for the service on September and also i urge to replace the product. So they told me we will provide service within 3 days. till today they are not providing...

Non functioning of orbitrek elite

I had bought Orbitrek elite from RP Telebuy skyshop pvt ltd on 18-Jul-2010 and the machine has got repaired during last month. From then I am calling Telebuy through helpline they are not responding. But every time i get message that my complaint is registered against the number[protected]. This message seems to be automatic and static and I always get the same complaint number whenever register complaint. Till date, they have not redressed...
