I had a very bad experience today at Safal, Near Vyapar Kendra Center.
(Shop no - 905, Sushant Lok 1 Road, Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon - 122002, Beside Vyapar Kendra)
I was about to put some vegetable in basket for billing and suddenly one of the Safal seller started shouting and talk to me Very rudely regarding pulling out leaves of Radish. He forcefully putted all leaves which I pulled out in my basket and did miss behave.
I do not expect seller should be so rude and ill mannered at Safal shop. Mather Dairy is a big brand and such employee can damage the Brand value of Safal as well as Mother Dairy.
I expect some action should be taken against such sellers. I know the guy from face but do not know the name.

Hi,
I have been taking fruits and vegetables from Safal booth in Sector 100, Noida with booth ID 88802.
They post the price something else and put the different price while weighing.
It has been observed many times and when we complain about it, the guy start misbehaving and do not accept the mistake rather keep on insisting that the prices are correct.
This happened to me at least three times. I have the copy of what the price he quoted outside and what he charged as a proof.
this needs immediate action.

Overcharge food products, spoiled vegetable, dahi and lassi not, tasted well injected food products being sold out

The MOTHER DAIRY Safal booth at gole market provides such a bad quality products. The products are charged more than the local mandi prize. most of the times the food is spoilt. the good products r being sold out to the hotels, restaurant owners. LASSI and dahi r too sour to consume. the melons r injected not tasting good. I bought brinjal n melon on 13 may 2016. when i cut them both were in a very bad condition. when i complaint back to him, he refused to exchange it or return money. neither he was sorry. This is not something new, this incident has been repeated for many times

Complaint against Safal booth no.070 near amity international school, saket, new delhi.
On date 14-01-16 I went to the booth, as mentioned above, as usual. I purchased 17 items with a bill of Rs 702.66 /-
I weighed the vegetables at home after purchasing them at 14:15 hrs and all items weighed about 20% less than what it was showing on the bill for which I was charged for.
This is wrong and cheating the public & i request you to take immediate action against this booth.

I Live In Shaikh Sarai. The Safal At Shaikh Sarai Sells Rotten Vegetables Everyday. Except For Few Days. I Tried Talking To The Employees At Safal. They Say Truck With Vegetables Comes Twice A Day At 8. So The Fresh Vegetables Gets Over Early In The Morning And Rest Of The Day, The Vegetables Goes Bad. I Used To Live In Sadiq Nagar Earlier. The Safal At Sadiq Nagar And Andrews Ganj Sells Fresh Vegetables Through Out The Day. Kindly See That All The Safal Outlets Sells Same Quality Of Things.

Since last 5 yrs I have been visiting Safal Booth no 162 in Sector 2, opposite Goverenment School in Dwarka, New Delhi and today i had this horrible experience.
It is my usual routene that everyday after my scheduled morning walk, I go to the Safal and Mother Dairy Booth to pick up fresh fruits and milk for my school going son. I particularly mention the word " school going" because there is always a time constraint for me as I have to rush back home to give him breakfast and pack his lunch within a specific time limit.
Since, last 4/5 days I have been observing huge queues infront of the Safal Booth which supposedly are for onions sold at a cheaper rate. No problem with that all these days because I was going in another seperate queue with hardly 3/4 or may be even lesser number of people where we were buying other stuff and not onions.
All of a sudden, today I was told by the shop attendant that I wont be given bananas if I dont stand in the queue meant for onions and which meant behind 40/45 people, which meant no seperate line for people who didnt want onions. When I protested, I was told that the dealer did not arrive and there was dearth of manpower, which meant that half dozen banana has to be bought standing in a kilometer long queue.
I rushed madly to sector 6 which is quite a distance from my house to just pick up my requirements.
I would request the authority to look into the matter seriously ...My questions
1)Are the Safal Booths exclusively meant for onion buyers ?
2)If the dealer is in short of man power, is it the customers' fault ?
3)And thenHow come the Booth has got three assistants in the evening when there is no rush and the fruits and vegetables are no longer fresh ?
4)In that case if he is unable to run the booth properly in lawful manner he should surrender his dealership citing the reason of not being able to manage...

Safal — Misusing government subsidy
As we know the prices of onions are at its peak .But in safal we are getting onion at subsidy by our government . but the safal shopkeepers are doing black marketing of those subsidy onions. Helpful

Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is regarding the attendant of Safal booth situated in Tagore Garden, Shopping Centre (in front of Canara Bank, Tagore Garden).
The attendant and his wife work at this booth. They pick up fights everyday in the area and are very misbehaved couple. They don't want to cooperate with their customers and say openly that Safal Booth heads take annual money from us so no one can do anything against us. They abuse people for small matters and recently they picked up a fight against me. The attendant picked up a rod to hit me and threatned to kill me if I didnt leave. I called Police and a complaint is registered on 7/7/2015.
So it is my request to take necessary action against these people.
Also please transfer the attendant so that we can have peace in our area and have a nice Safal shopping experience.

I would like to state that, I (KARTIK, jalvihar colony, lajpat nagar, new delhi), as a consumer, I visited safal fruits and vegetable dairy (096-jalvihar colony, lajpat nagar-110024) in the morning .First of all the staff of the safal (jalvihar) never behaves in right manner, secondly the vegetables they keep are of low quality. I purchased a bananas from there the bananas kept there was of low quality though, I purchased them the cost of the banans was 36 per kg . He weighed the banans 30 Rs for others and when, I asked for the complain/suggestion book he refused to give and weighed the bananas for 36 per kg for me .Beside that the banana kept there was of 22/6/2014.The name of the staff member is "deepu".
# low grade of fruits being soled.
# complaint/suggestion book not given after asking enormous times. said "we dont have a complaint book".
# rates being set as there wish.
# behavior of the staff is pathetic.

Misbehavior and misuse SAFAL name for buying goods and not making payment.

This complained against SAFAL booth which is in crossing republic, Ghaziabad (Santosh Enterprises). I have provided him material of around35000rs. He was accepted the same and committed to pay me after one month but letter on when I went to him for my money he was saying that he is not required my material because it was expired.I was running a shop in the same market and I have took decision to close my shop and the same time this guy buy the material which he wants. I gave him on purchase price and now he trying to returning my goods after one month.
I have gave him all fresh stock and now he is trying returning his old stock to me.
Please take an action against him otherwise SAFAL name will be spoiled.

I have purchased some vegetables and fruits.
When i came to my home, i have weight of all item.
and i observed that he is making fool to all customer.
All item weight is less more than 50 grams of each items.
he is making fool of all customer since long time.
Loss of amout is 35 of 103 total means 33%
Amount is looking small but he is making fool to all customer so its huge amount in a day
