The five year international warranty safari provides is worthless. They turn down warranty support stating flimsy reasons. They attribute reported defects to mishandling even when there is no mishandling involved. It is so easy for them to dishonor their warranty. Do not get cheated by this brand. The reason i went for the purchase was the bag had a decent laptop compartment, a nice organiser, raincover and a wonderful shoe rack (Convi box). I have purchased duffel bag with wheels of safari (From such a reputed brand) and in just 9 months it worn out where as it comes with warantee of 5 years.
