Same thing happened with me in this website, purchased a refrigerator and havent yet got the product or refund yet, and the website dis appeared,
customer support email not responding

On 19 the of may 2021 I tried to order a refrigerator of RS 46499 with out my permission otp uploaded to pay Ecomm Mumbai account am patient of sjogrens syndrome syatica and sinus please help me in this situation to get amount back

Am Mary from Andhra Pradesh I try to ordered a refrigerator on 19/5/2021 at night 7:45 with out my permission otp uploaded and amount credited of RS 46499 credited to Paynimo Ecomm Mumbai I got doubt next day morning I met with cyber crime police but they said wait up to the product given deliver date on 1/6/2021 I waited but I didn't get refrigerator I mailed many times to them auto reply is responding so please help me in this situation am a patient of sjogrens syndrome syatica and sinus please make my amount refund

I am about to give ordered for refrigerator in website of Sansui web store with out my permission otp uploaded amount RS 46499 was deducted from my account on 19/5/2021 it was happened night 8 clk I got doubt next day morning I approached to Cyber crime they said wait and see for 10 days but refrigerator was not delivered I went to compliant against website but police still process going on still the compliant has not raised I mailed many times to them to return my amount but no response from there side please help me from this situation auto reply will come from [protected]@sansuiindia.org
