2 of my payment not yet credited to my account...

ਮੈਂ ਜੂਨ 4/2021 ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਲਾਈਸੈਂਸ ਰੀਨੀਓ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਫੀਸ ਰੁਪਏ ਪੰਦਰਾਂ ਸੌ ਭਰੀ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਗਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਸਾਰਥੀ ਦਫਤਰ ਕੋਲਕਾਤਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ...

I m paid the amount to the sarathi through my debit card and money has also been deducted no e reciept and the epayment is showing on it. It is sawing that i have not paid .

Hi,
I have submitted an application for my driving learning license for LMV/MCWG. However my payment status is still pending and the money is debited from my bank account even though after entering wrong otp.
Here are my details.

Application date-30/09/2020
Application amount-1350 rs only/-

Please take a note of this and do the necessary action as soon as...

I've paid the sum amounting 950/- for driver ll test.

While allotment of slots, it showed a waiting period of 1.5 months which isn't acceptable.

Also at the time of processing the payment it says it's refundablebut afterwards it says unable to refund.

When i'm not using the services, my money should be refunded.

Humble request to you to refund the amount to original payment mode...
