I had booked ticket and it shows booking in progress, saying i need to pay extra 13000 to complete payment. Since I already paid full amount for travel I couldn't do anything. This should not happen to others and this site should be blocked forever.

I am a ticket booked a ticket ranchi to banglore first they are tell me all tickets are sold out then iam ask the ticket reshedule for ranchi to banglore next day they are sent an email for me AirAsia ticket pnr then iam got to the web site for web check in then no data found that pnr was a fraud

Please note, I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Bombay on 15th Dec for 16th Dec. Despite other applications I prefer booking via this platform as it was showing a lesser fare of 8500 without tax. I made the respective payment within a specific timeline and my money was deducted. After a while I got a call that my ticket has been sold out after my payment was made. Till the time my payment was not made it was showing available. It is still showing available at the same amount and you guys are saying it is sold. It was an emergency and my money was also taken from me.

You guys are running a fake website and just to drive customer and take their money you show such fare. Worst customer support team, no manners to attend a customer and receive their feedback. Just saying the same readymade connect which they have been told by the company after making a fool of customer, "we can't help you, you will get your refund within 24-72 working hours".

After making the booking and after receiving this call, I read your reviews and have seen similar customer complaint has been raised against you guys. I will make sure I will raise 100 plus complaints on all platforms against you guys and make sure this company shouldn't get more customers.

Worst booking platform, I will prefer MMT, cleartrip etc, as they are real even though they charge extra. Biggest mistake of booking via your platform.

I have booked a flight on 7 dec by sasta safar now I want to either cancel or reschedule it but they are not answering on costumer care and there is no other way to contact or cancel my ticket

Have booked flight on 3rd November and amount of rs 16 597 twice and bank have also confirmed it. HAVE SHARED THEM STATEMENT ALSO. THEY DEnied and are not responding to calls n mails.

I tried to contact the customer care executive 'Nikhil Negi' regarding canceling ticket number M3SKUF-1 with Akasa air but he did not handle me and not even transferring my call to any experience or manager level authority Giving excuses "No manager is available on the floor" .

He does not have any customer handling experience. Did not even understand my query and insisted on talking to the airlines myself but when I did that the airlines told me to contact the agency

Since I have booked my tickets today morning, it has not been 24 hours so I should be getting a full refund. There should be no cancellation charges but he was telling me that the vendor will charge them so they cant

I booked a ticket at www.sastasafar.com on 15 July 2022. They took a payment of Rs 17000 and then showed that the ticket will be booked in 30 minutes. Even after several hours, there is no booking confirmation.

Please help me in getting a refund of my payment.

I booked a ticket at Sastasafar.com. They took my payment of 17K and then asked me to wait for 30 minutes. Even after an hour, it is showing to wait for 30 minutes.

I booked a ticket on 7th JUly'22. its says booking confirmed and i got a mail too. however when i am going to Airline website and entering the PNR and Email ID. it gives me an error saying booking not found.
I have mailed Sasta Safar regarding my concern but no reply now till. Also i have tried calling on customer care number multiple times, but the call get auto disconnected post IVR recording options.

please help me get a refund of my amount.
