Few Years before I have opened a Savings A/C in your Guna Branch with A/C No 597877.But I have already closed this A/C. But still I am getting SMS Alert and Mails on my Mail-id. So I request you to Please unsubscribe me from SMS and Mails. Also I got the SMS that Your A/C is subcribed with SMS Banking Service and You will be charges Rs 5/- Monthly.But I have already closed my A/C then why are you charging me.Pls immediately...

my account is with STATE BANK OF INDIA, Kapoorthala bagh Branch, LUCKNOW due to the mistake of the bank the bankers hav posted my savings personel a/c as non- personel a/c. due to this mistake of the bank i was first denied by the bank for issuing of cheque book and suggested to close my a/c and open a new one, but after many running for around two weeks in the bank and giving them several applications they issued me a cheque book .
