Scootsy is a sham.
Placed an order yesterday for cupcakes from 210, informed that they shall be made available by today,
Precisely at 10am I've placed an order, 6 cupcakes, Rs90 each, costing RS 540, with the instructions of only the "Angry Bird" variant of the cupcake and NO Red Velvet or Plain Chocolate. Added discount for first order costing me Rs390 in total.

I had ordered mutton biryani instead I got chicken biryani. I was charged for the mutton biryani. The food came from Chakh Le Lucknow restaurant in Powai. Order No. 2078142 on May 23, 2018. We have been receiving calls and sms'es from scootsy about some delivery. However we are out of india and have made no order whatsoever. We are unable to pick up the calls as we are abroad.
Please tell your customer who is actually placing the order that the mobile number that they have registered is incorrect.

Scootsy charged me 616Rs. for my order for which PayTM sent me a text message. One hour later Scootsy says the order was abandoned. The customer service person said he will not give me any credits. There is no place to lodge a complaint in writing on the Scootsy app. As a result i went hungry. This is ridiculous. Yesterday also I got a text from PayTM saying it has been charged but no order showed on Scootsy app but my food got delivered...

I ordered 3 items from a restaurant via scootsy (Scootsy logistics pvt lmtd) and i recieve one item less. I had already paid for the items online. And i have been calling on their so called "toll free number" to convey the error and i just lost all of my balance waiting in the queue. I urge them to refund the money as soon as possible. I also sent an email to [protected]@scootsy.com saying the same, but it was ignored. Pathetic customer service....

So, i'm returning home, after picking up my child from school, and i come across with a scootsy delivery boy, coming wrong way in a 1 way street.

I requested him to take a u-turn, and take the correct route. he started threatening me with 'dire consequences', if i didn't let him go. since i had my kid, and some of his friends in the car, i had to avoid any further altercations and let him go.
