I have purchased the voucher from shift thoughts but they have not given any vouchers or their phone numbers atleast to reach them. IT IS A BIG CHEATING COMPANY.Please help consumers and put them in jail....

I have received vouchers after payment of Rs.7719.90. but due to some mis comunication and yatra team confirmed me that they don't have any such offer. I lodge a complain in the bank not to pay. but later they ask me to submitt some documet which i fail to do that. Now the bank as wel as shift thought intimated me as no document sub mitted we are going to release the payment to the party.
Now i want to redeem these vouchers...

this is to complaint about the vouchers available as also told earlier by other customers, i was also told about a voucher of rs 5000 which will include 2+2 people and i can choose any package including the train fares.but today they tell that i hav to pay more amount of money if i go to any destination cus the package available is per person.today even when i call on the numbers told to me noone picks up the phone and therefore no confirmation...
