I ordered a coat from ShineSummer supposedly a 4xl size the only correct description was the colour of the coat. The size is no where near what it claimed in the advert on Facebook. The material was certainly not shower proof and the stitching and seams were inadequate.
I tried sending an email to get the return address as advised which was
[protected]@clarksummer it bounced straight back saying could not deliver as no such email...

I got a massage from the site called Flipkart lite explorer plus and it is not the real they deducted rs 2499 from account but i can't get my order also my money back please kindly help me out...

On 10/5/2020 I had purchased Redmi note 7 pro smart mobile phone and paid Rs2999 (order no:SS6902)which was listed against the item with PayUMoney online.
