I had ordered a watch from shop101, they sent a cheap product and wrond product instead, after. On calling thier customer care after number of attempts and raising complaints over email and phone, whattsapp they asked to courier back the old product and assured me they will send new product. I couriered the wrong product i received but after sending back the product they have stopped responding to my calls and msg. No response at all

incomplete product received

Sir i have order 2 product from shop 101 and they send my only 1 product but in the cover its writtens as exact 2 product, but when i open there is only one procuct so, a request for return and they already pick up my return product but till now they dont send me back the money which i spend to but that product.

fraud seller

no refund on cancelled order

I ordered a watch from shop101 from seller le brouges on 4th august 2019 and paid online via paytm. The order was successfully placed, and said would dispatch by 5th august.
There was no change in the order status after 5 days, while the website boasted delivery within 1-2days in metro cities if payment made online.
Hence i had to cancel the order.
I have not got my refund. Have tried contacting the seller too but no...

refund amount and margin not credited in my bank account.

I have not received the refund amount of a returned product and margin amount of products i have reselled till now.
Once when i gave complaint for other return, its refund has been done on correct time. But now i have returned two products which are wrong sized. But the refund proccessed message came, it is not creditted in my bank account. Same in the case of margin. My account details are varified and fine....

refund and margin not credited in my bank account.

My customer received wrong size product and we returned it. Refund processed message has been received from shop101 but it is not credited in my bank account. Also my magin amount has not credited yet, even the processed message has been received before one week.
Customer support team telling me to check it with the bank. My bank account is varified and accepted by your team and once i have receieved a refund amount for another product....

very low quality product, 1 order cancelled by wholesaler which was urgent.

I have received a very low quality saree which was more than 1000 rupees. It was delivered very late.
Other order of a pants was cancelled by the wholesaler as the stock was not available. If it is not available then why did they approved the order/updated product in the site?
When i noticed that it is not dispatched even after 4 days i asked them, then only the order got cancelled by them....
