I have ordered a Redmi Note4 on Shopaaz.com at[protected] via net banking for Rs 12499.But the company cancelled the order on[protected] and promised to refund the money on[protected]. My order number is 104255. But they did not return, nor I am able to contact them as their phone is not working now. Their toll free no. is[protected]. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

I had ordered redmi 64 gb phone on 5th may through shopaaz.com and i got a message after few days that order has been cancelled and refund will be done in the next 7 days. I had paid 13000 rs. Online, and till date havent received any refund or phone. I am expecting a refund of the whole amount. Call center also not answering. Order number is 103086.
