On dated 04.05.2017 against order no 101822 but order cancelled on 11.05.2017 due to non availability of product from your
Side. After several follow up.

I also received cancellation confirmation mail for refund.

But approx 15 days passed and i have not received the amount.

Sir, i have ordered a phone (Redmi 3s) through debit card payment. On 5th may. On 12th i got a mail that my order no-102385 has canceled and money will be refunded within 7 working days. But till now i didnt got any refund. Till now too many members got trapped. We have to do something. Please help us. Time and money is precious.

As on 10/05/2017 i had ordered redmi note 4 of rs-12499/- from shopaaz.com. The order was successfully completed and the payment was done by credit card. After 2days the order was cancelled automatically by saying that vender/seller is not having this item in stock. They msg me that the payment will be credited within 7 days. I ordered Redmi note 4 64gb gold through online payment from icici account on 9th May'2017. I got sms that order id 105515 placed. After 3 days on 12th May 2017 I got sms saying that order cancelled and amount 'll be refunded within 7 working days. After that I tried lots of time for consumer care no[protected]. But it's not working. I mailed thrice to help support from their site. No response.
