I ordered redmi note 7 pro My order Id 18555133 from online website shopupi.in. I orderded this product in 4th april 2019. I paid 13500 rupees via phonepe (bhim upi)app. But they did not send confermation message or any information about my order. When i call them, they said your money will be refund about 3-4 bussiness days. But now i call them they don't give any response. PLEASE HELP....

I ordered a phone note 7 pro on 7 april 2019 at 9.10 pm. Money isdeducted from my account [protected] of sbi, but not delivered any mobile till now also not coming any message.
