My meal pass for the month of July has not been credited yet i have been trying to reach out to the but no response from your end and no response from the customer service end also I have sent you the mail regarding this and there's no update on the email. This is really frustrating and bad service.

Money stuck in the card

A part of my salary goes to sodexo card for benefit, but the card is not accessible anywhere.. payments get declined, , no customer care address the solution, nor they reply respond to complaints. My money is stuck neither i can use it nor can i withdraw it.

Replacement card not received
Hi,
i have requested replacement for my sodexo card through app on 27th Jun 2022 and amount of Rs 150 is debited from the account for the replacement and it was stated that card will be delivered in 5 days. But till now there is no confirmation received from Sodexo regarding the shipment details and also the existing card is blocked. Now I am unable to use Sodexo and tried contacted customer care through email and phone but no response till now.

Irresponsible and no proper response

My Company registered with sodexo they have provided me the reference number and registration number to register with sodexo I have done it but my account not got activated showing error I raised complaint through mail and spoke with them over phone it was 10 days and no response from them as of date
Customer support was very pathetic they keep long time await for more than 1 hour and will not give any resolution after taht

Sodexo amount not credited
My Sodexo amount is not credited yet. I have contacted my employer regarding this, they confirmed that amount is credited from their side. I have reached to your email address and also reached out to your customer care many times but didn't get any response yet.Could you please check and confirm when amount would be credited in my account.

My money got deducted twice and it did not reach to the merchant with whom I ordered. I did not even the money back both the time
I had placed an order on zaamato on 11th June my 200 rs got deducted and my order did not got placed. I did not even receive the money back again today on 16th June the same thing happened

Physical Card Status Unknown
Am a Company provided Sodexo User. Since most of the places is not accepting virtual payment from Sodexo, I had applied for physical card via zeta app but right from there my virtual card got permanently blocked and Sodexo deducted Rs 100 from my balance for card replacement fees. but I dont have any tracking information or request number to track.
Also Sodexo customer care is useless because even after waiting for 45 minutes I was not able to talk to agent and this much time I was loosing my money since this is not a toll free number.
I had raised my concerns via mail [protected]@india.sodexo.com but no one is replying its been more than 12 days now..

Even i am facing the same issue. No update on delivery.

They kept on delaying the ETA for delivery. First time they said 2 weeks, then 4 and the next agent said more than 4 weeks. Finally I have received after about 4 weeks :)

Replacement of meal card is not done yet

I've lost my Sodexo card and when I asked for replacement, they sent out a new card which was not activating. When I enquired with customer service, they said, it's due to technical issue, they sent a wrong card and they'll send out a new replacement.
After multiple follow ups for more than 2 months(where they keep saying that it's an issue in the backend, they are upgrading), I got an activation link and it's been more than a month and multiple follow ups on the card dispatch, they say, internal issue and tell that I'll be having a callback on the status of card in 48 hours, but nothing happens.
Even mails are not replied.

Sodexo holding the amount and not releasing
In the sodexo meal pass card last four digits 2622 the balance is not yet added although the kyc has been complete a long ago.
I Have raised complaint long ago till no response from them. Following up with numerous phone mails and call which required prolonged waiting
It is now almost a month and the balance is never credited in my meal pass. Strict action must be taken on sodexo as they are not adding my hard earned balance in my meal pass and instead they are using my money somewhere. They have the worst service.

Avoid Sodexo, Switch to Paytm food wallet

I have raised a replacement of cards on 22nd april 2022 (28 days).
After making many calls getting false promises of 24/48 hrs. but nothing happening. even after mailing nothing works. my lot of money stuck here
First level people supporting are agents, who can just raise complaint, but those complaints seems just waste and nobody pays attention to it.
If you are a company, use paytm food wallet, which is definitely better solution and acceptable at various stores.

Sodexo deducted 2200 rs amount from my card without giving any reason and not refunding back to me. I raised complaint on 1st April against this issue and they given reason this is due to internal issue and will get credited in 24hrs but after 15 days still amount is not credited in my sodexo card. Today again I called them for update and they told me that due to system upgration amoung is deducted but still not getting any confirmation when it get cerdit in my card.
I request your help to get this resolve issue on priority.

Amount not refunded to my wallet for declined transaction.
On 31st March 2022 i had place order from zomato. First time the transaction get declined but amount Rs.314 get deducted from my wallet. That cancelled transaction amount Rs.314 not get refunded into my wallet.

I have requested to transfer my sodexo food wallet balance to my Paytym food wallet as am currently out of India and unable to utilize the amount. Even after multiple request, they are not providing any response on my ticket

Amount Debited but not received by Merchant

Had placed a transaction of INR 3, 118 at Ratna Super market (Mulund West,
Mumbai) on 13th Nov'2021 (at 9.31 pm) throug sodexo mobile app. The amount
got deducted, but the merchant did not receive the payment. I made the bill
paymet through some other credit card for the goods purchased.
I immediately called up your call center to intimate about the incident and
your representative said that in such case the refund will be initiated in
2-3 days. However, since i did not receive the refund, I called again after
3 days only to know from other representative that sometimes it takes
28 days to tally funds and initiate refund. Now even those 28 days have
passed and have not yet received the refund.
Need to know the status of my refund immediately. In
current digital world, it does not take so much time to trace funds and
arrange for refund.

Premium pass issued to GNFC employee is not working

Premium pass (No.[protected] amounting Rs. 4999 was issued by Sodexo to me as a GNFC employee. The card shows a balance of Rs 4999 and is activated. However, it is not working in any of the transactions through zeta app or card. The matter is referred to you for a no. of times. However, it remains unresolved. I request you to look into the matter seriously, failure of which may compel me to take appropriate steps through Authority.

Oundle school food
The food served to Oundle school pupils is unacceptable and appalling. As teenagers growing up a healthy diet is completely necessary, yet is not provided. Vegetables are served in smaller amounts, and are clearly tinned and lack nutritional value and taste. Sodexo continually make mealtimes at a great school a low point in the day for pupils. When inspectors came, the food magically improved so that it came across as there being nothing wrong

Every time i call or email sodexo their reply is that my kyc is approve and balance will be credited. It is now almost 1.5 month i am hearing this and the balance is never credited in my meal pass. Strict action must be taken on sodexo as they are not adding my hard earned balance in my meal pass and instead they are using my money somewhere. They have the worst service

Regarding swiggy refund
I've ordered food in swiggy but they are missed some order to deliver instead of that they declared the refund for that food they also initiated and complete the refund for the complaint and still it's not reflected into my sodexo account .

I am totally regretting my decision to opt for sodexo for money saving,
many friends did said not to opt for sodexo, and they were correct and also the online reviews. you people say you are 24/7 available,
but i have been waiting for your response from last two days i.e 48 hrs, as I had a word with your executive on call on Tuesday he said don’t recharge your mobile,
otherwise you won’t be able to use Sodexo multi benefit money. Its Thursday today still am awaiting to recharge my mobile. Unable to make calls,
I am sending this as warning message, don’t make me go to consumer court. I have been there so don’t test my patience please.

I am a Sodexo card holder and could not used the card for more than 1 year due to this my account has been de-activated and balance amount was put in dormant account.
Now on second week of April 2021 I have called the Sodexo customer care to restore my account.
As per the request my account had been re-activated but the amount that is in dormant account was not put back in my Sodexo...
