    I've raised multiple request to send the physical sodexo card which has around 15000 Rupees to utilize to purchase Groceries during lockdown. When online retailers doesn't serve in the location then what about our hard earned money ?They simply close all the requests with no resolution provided. My money is kept in their locker for so long. Customer service calls is never responded it's always on the waiting queue even after 45 mints to 1 hour. I'm not sure what is the problem to dispatch the card or send the consumer money to them. They never respond to the customer queies. Unfair treatment to the people.

      After raising several SRs and calls still my card with Rs 26 k has been de-activated and I can not use my money.
      I have raised the SRs for the reference:

      Also called customer care multiple times but its been 4 months that no one is taking any action to reactivate the card. Now I am not able to use my money more than Rs 26k.

              Refund issue in my wallet

              There is refund of rs 183/- which is not credited in my sodexo card. Transaction happens for grofers on 23rd June of rs 853/- in which they refunded 183 on 29th june but still I am waiting for the refund credited. I've complaint many times and every time they told me to wait for a week or so but still no resolution. This is worst customer care I have ever seen. I am fed up to call customer care.

              I have registered complaint no sr[protected] on 25 april 2020 regarding charging twice for same transaction by vendor.
              I have contacted sodexo customer care at least 8 times till date and every time i got answer that complaint will get resolved in 24- 48 hrs.
              It's not got resolved yet. This is absolute example of pathetic customer care service by sodexo and no values for customers.
              This the example how sodexo is cheating with customers.

                Sodexo coupons that is expired on 30-june-2018 and even in the back side of coupons they are mentioned that, its valid till whole year of 2018.
                I have sodexo coupon bunch with me, it worth rs 3000, i am asking the company to credit rs 3000 to my sodexo card, but they simply rejected my claims, not going to reimbursement of my money.

                These coupons are not accepting by food vendors.

                Kindly help me to get my money back to my sodexo card account.

                    The managers at sodexo do not care about their employees i was employed there for 18 months and the experience was horrible. The locker room bathrooms at the pfizer facility in kalamazoo are terrible i s had to put in a lot of time and effort just to get them near satisfactory yet i was harassed by two managers over the conditions of the bathrooms. They tippcally accuse employees of issues like dispenser run-outs. I would not recommend employment at sodexo to anyone seeking.

                      I'm using sodexo meal pass card for buying my monthly provisions and whenever i visit the shop they say their sodexo machine got repaired but that's not true! Also the way of treating me is too hurting and they are charging 3% extra as tax for every 100 rupees of the payment

                        I have made numerous attempts to contact the person who controls the electricity for the weipa region via email (See attched). I rang the call centre asked to be put through to weipa sodexo i still got answered in the call centre who was unable to assist me. I visited the office twice to have this issue resolved but was'nt able to resolve it. The receptionist sent an email on my behalf twice and still she did'nt respond. I got her number i rang her and she was very rude to me on the phone during our conversation she did advise that she will be in touch in the next few days with an answer. Because she was so rude i hung up on her, i called back to ask her to cancel my payment plan altogether and she did'nt answer my calls she kept hanging up on me very unprofessional!!!

                        I havent heard from her as yet... How hard is it to keep me in the loop to advise me that she will be in touch... Very poor service

                          Sodexo coupons that is expired on 31 december -2017 and even in the back side of coupons they are mentioned that, its valid till whole year of 2017.

                            The mess of our hostel is taken over by sodexo company and the food they are providing is very bad and pale. We have complained about this several times to the in charge but the complaint is going in vain. Quality of the food is degrading day by day and it is not possible to eat such food. Due to the food quality we are also suffering from health problems.

                              I had placed an order on zomato. And paid through sodexo. The payment got processed but the order was not complete. Upto 10 days the sodexo app did not let me raise a request for refund of the money. And after 10 days when i called the customer care, they are telling that i need to raise a request for refund and after that it would take 10 - 15 days for the refund. The zeta app does not let us raise a request for refund till 10 days of the transaction.

                                My card no is [protected]. I have done transaction for Amazon but they have partially refund amount however that amount was not showing in account. I have called Amazon but they were saying contact to Sodexo we have already proceed for refund.
                                They have provided me refund request no[protected] I have asked them to share different number like ARN number but they said they wouldn't have such numbers.
                                The refund amount is RS.344 kindly check and confirm.

                                  Grofers had issued refunds for my cancelled order for amount 548 on 15th feb and 1716 on 16th feb, amount has not been credited still to my sodexo meal card.

                                  I tried contacting sodexo, but no resolution has been received yet, when i check with grofers they have sent me the screenshots of successfully refunding the amount to payment source. Its been 12 days now, can this be resolved on priority please. Sodexo interaction id is sr[protected].

                                    Ordered a cinema ticket through a scheme run by sodexo per a benefit contained within my health club.

                                    It was marketed as '£4.40 any film any time' (Vue cinemas). I bought it, showed up at the cinema with my date for the evening, and the cinema said it wasn't valid. I needed to buy a new full-priced ticket at the cinema.

                                    On following up with sodexo they are saying the t's & c's exclude the cinema i went to. My point is, putting a boilerplate clause in to 'check cinemas' is not good enough. They're refusing to refund the ticket. I'm going to trading standards.

                                      My chef Brendon has been harassing me since I transfered to TOC facility by telling me to hurry up and get off the clock when I was hired I was guaranteed 8 plus hours a day now he has cut me to 5 to 6 hours a day that puts me in a bind for the next day because I have to do double the work due to him putting me off the clock when I have at least 2 hrs. Left on click then this morning 2/20/2019 he changed my work station to a unsanitary work station I was trying to clean it before I started work he tells me to just worry about cooking the food and forget the dirty station I can't work like that so as I'm making omlettes he comes over in front of all my customers and say I thought you know how to make omelettes I said I do you cut the stove eyes up to high I said they should be on 3 instead of 4 so he goes on to tell me I don't know what I'm doing . so I let him finish I tried to contact Claudia Lara but she said she was busy and will investigate tomorrow that's no good I need this matter handled asap so a couple of customers told him that there food was great .he lied and told me the customers were complaining not true I heard them tell him I was doing a great job.
                                      Sodexo card not credited for feb. 2019. KYC Uploaded not verified. please veryfy the KYC and release the amount.

                                        I'm very concerned about mark coulter coming into the kitchen at the schools. I have heard him cusses talking to me while i was serving the kids. This has happened several time. He said oops this goes on talk like it didn't happen. I has told me that i was incompetent.
                                        He called me the day of inventory and asked me if i had inventory done.
                                        I said no, not yet. He said why? I said i'm still serving kids. Mark said that's why i sent it to you three days ago so you could have it done.
                                        I said yes i know but i like to wait to the day of so my end of the month inventory is 100% correct. He said no what that means is your either a procrastinator or incompetent. It hurt my feeling so bad i hung up on him.in our meeting he will talk bad about people. Right in front of 12 to 15 managers. The way he talks to us is unjustifiable.
                                        I thought one of the reason we had the meeting to help with problems or issues that we have or encountered. If you bring a issues he will turn it around to make you fell like you did something wrong. It's got so bad to where us managers won't speak up or talk anymore. I use to love working for this place but the passed four years have going really bad. I use to work at central kitchen was the baker/production manager. Sue anne was a kitchen manager at an elem. School. She left sodexo and moved to mexico. When she came back he gave her my job with no explanation why. Mark sent me dimensions school to work. At that time i felt like i meant nothing to this company. I transferred to sodexo in texas at the usaa building to get away from the ridicule. Unexpected circumstances brought me back. I love the work i did and i know i was good at it. Sue anne moved up to sfm and at that time things started to change even more. Them two mark and sue anne were inseparable. Ask anyone that works for sodexo in norman public school they would hang on each other whisper in each others ears, giggle and laugh in meetings. It just made me very uncomfortable.

                                        Sue anne even gave me a bad evaluation for not wearing dress code.
                                        So after she was done. I asked her how am i not wearing my proper uniform? As i'm looking down at the clothes and shoes.
                                        Her response was mark already approved of your evaluation.
                                        I said why when i'm in my uniform its clean and neat! I added i'm always just like this, as i run my hand up and down my clothes. She then said its because you wear long undergarments under your clothes.. I said what??? She said it shows at the v of your shirt.
                                        At this time i was at central wear house work. I said yes i do because i'm in the walk in freezer three hours out of the day. She said whatever you reason is you can't wear it. I said under my clothes? She said yes! I shock my head. Then she said again mark approved of this evaluation. I was very up set at this point and said yeah, you said that already. I could go on and on.
                                        On january 28th, 2019 they sent out inventory again said it had to be done by the 30th. So on the 31st of jan right after breakfast sue anne came in the kitchen i was working in and didn't say nothing to me. So i said what do i have the pleasure to see you today? She said so you can see my beautiful face. I smiled and keep working. A few min later hr showed up and they said to talk to me. So i went and set down with them. Sue anne said you are under investigation for time fraud. I said what? She said i can't tell you who, what, or why!
                                        Then she said you have 24 hours to turn in any documents that mite help you case. I said if you are talking about chase. I tell you on a daily basics that is time is probably not right because you allow him to come and go as he pleases. I said do i not tell you i have a problem with this every day? She shook her head yes! Hr seen her shack her head yes. Hr said how do you know that who we are talking about? I said because he is the only one that fills out a time sheet every day. Hr said it say right there on the paper that says...
                                        She stop talking and look at me with sad eyes. I said sue anne you would sent them back telling me to sign them knowing that this could happen? She didn't say anything. Sue ann asked me for my keys and badge. Sue ann told me to clean out my locker. As i'm cleaning out my locker she asked me for the register key. So i leave my locker to go get it and when i came back she was going threw my locker, i just stood there staring at her. She looked up at me and i don't see the key. I said you know i went to get it. She didn't say anything to me after that. I get all my stuff and leave.
                                        She sent me a text, that she meant to send to mark.
                                        It said (Its done. She's leaving. Gathering all her stuff. She stated no cash pull.) i replayed,, this is she!!!
                                        So 7 days go by and on friday feb, 8th, 2019. A employee texted me and said mark has been here all day. He told everyone that you will not be coming back. I said oh wow. So i sent hr a email. Telling her how i didn't think it was right that an employee text and told me.
                                        She replayed with an apology email. I did put in her email i'm not sure how they told you when we just found out our self. I didn't replay. She did know how because i said in my email that mark is telling people. I keep the emails and text of this incident.
                                        With all this being said i could go on and on but i feel defeated.
                                        I was on my 11th year. Was very loyal, worked very hard. I just saying maybe someone should look into the loyalty, passion, and intentions.
                                        They are not what they seem. I have teachers calling me being me to come back said kids are crying for me. I told them its not my choice. No matter how bad mark and sue anne treated me i would still go back to be with the kids. Getting all the love the kids and teachers showed me. Thank you cards, smiling faces, telling thank you for feeding me!
                                        My complaint no.524225 i have remind 3 -4 time but not any respond. Very very bad service.

                                                Hello sir/madam, we are using sodexho meal pass (Provided at office) for buying our monthly food provisions in our nearby departmental store (Amsu stores, mylapore). After implementaion of this prepaid card, they are charging 4% extra on our bill amount (Charged 6% earlier on meal pass vouchers).                                                   Hi team,

                                                  Sudexo copupons that is expired on last month, and even in the back side of coupons they are mentioned that, its valid till whole year of 2018.
                                                  I have sudexo coupon bunch with me, it worth rs 2500, im asking the company to re exchange them with the fresh coupons, but they simply rejected my claims, not going to reimbursement of my money nither re exchange them with fresh coupons.
                                                  That copuns its not accepting by food vendors or neither any public places.

                                                  What should i do, please help.
                                                  Hi Team, I have cancelled an order from swiggy for which I paid through Sodexo meal card. I have called Swiggy, and it has issued a refund to my Sodexo meal card from their side but till now money is not added to my Sodexo meal card. Please find the attached screen shot for details.

                                                    I tried paying bigbasket for 1810 on 9th july, 2:56 pm. The transaction failed the first time and then was successful when i tried a second time. I have not received any cashback for the failed transaction till date i. E. 25th july. The customer service for sodexo is terrible and is at same level that you would get at a government office or maybe even worse because at least the government officers don't pretend to be working in a major mnc. They have not replied to my emails. Also when i called their customer care number on 14th or 15th july, the executive could not give me any resolution and just asked me to wait few more days. Also their customer care number usually does not work and the ivr says there is a "system problem".

                                                    My sodexo service request is #sr[protected] which was opened on 13th july and still hasn't been resolved as of 25th july.

                                                    This entire incident has made me realise what a fraud company sodexo is. They lure the customers with tax savings and also charge high fees on the merchants which force the merchants to the charge 3-10% extra from the sodexo customers. But if there are any problems then they are least bothered about resolving it.

                                                    Since i am now considering my 1810 rupees lost i don't think i actually saved much tax and also wasted a lot of invaluable time and effort. I have also shared my experience with my office teammates and have sent an email at the organisation level since sodexo is optionally provided at an organisation level in my company.

                                                      Hello sir/madam,
                                                      Sai super market people accept the sodexo card but charge extra 4% on card purchase. Today my parents went to their shop and they took 100/- as extra charges for 2423/- shopping.

                                                      Please look into this issue that why they charging extra 4% where as already we people are paying gst, cgst, taxes on salary under 30% tax category.
                                                      We availing sodexo card to save our tax not to pay extra illegal charges.

                                                        My sodexo meal pass ending with 6804 has been closed without my knowledge and I have no idea where my balance is gone.
                                                        Support guy's on call is not responding properly.
                                                        Help me to get my balance.

                                                        I have raised multiple complaints but no is taking it seriously.
                                                        Call center guy's giving false information and commitments.
                                                        Two call center guy's 1)Rama Krishna 2) hitesh are abusive and very rude.
                                                        Please take necessary measures and action .
                                                        And help me to get my balance amount of my card.

                                                        The customer care guy's when not able to resolve my query disconnect my calls.
