Against the purchases made on 14.08.2020 there is refund due of inr 904.45. The refund has not been paid after repeated reminders. Kindly look into it and expedite the refund.

I have ordered two days back philips electric kettle along with some groceries...groceries deliverd they said kettle is not available...and I have paid through card...my amount was not refunded for kettle plz check my order number 12659369...at amb spar plz check and refund my amount

I ordered 7 items on 13th sept, 2020 through the spar app. The amount from my account was also debited and paid through online. However till now no items are delivered. I tried several times to reach spar over their customer care number. Also i sent mails regarding this issue.

There is no response from spar on this issue either through the phone or through the mails.

The order number is 12429051 and also i have attached the screenshot of the order i made.

I am fine if spar is able to deliver all the items which was ordered during this transaction asap.

I bought walnut 250 gm 1 + 1 free for 450 rs last saturday and it has web insects. When came to return, person said software does not save bill untill 48 hrs.
Why spar looting customer for offers?

I bought a vlcc peel-off charcoal mask along with some other stuff like cushion and almirah mat from spar hypermarket, vegas mall, dwarka sec-14 on friday. I came back home, sanitised the stuff and kept aside (Of course i threw the bill because the items were of daily use, one cannot think of replacing/returning them). But, to my disappointment when i thought o[censored]sing the peel off mask (On sunday i guess), it was completely dry. It was not even coming out. So, i thought of contacting spar customer care. I went there again on tuesday with my complaint and they asked for a bill which i didn’t have, however, the billing is done using the contact no. And is completely digital. I wonder what they do with it if can’t help the customer out. So, moving on, the resource person at the customer care was not very warm. He listened to my complaint and called someone without replying anything to me (And my husband). We waited there for good 10 minutes then a girl came and took the product with her. After another 10 minutes another resource person came and told me that only the upper part of the tube was dry, hence, he had taken that out (Without my acknowledgment). When i asked for the replacement, he told me that it was the last piece in their stock (I wonder really). So, they returned me a half filled tube, the same one which was dry, after taking out the dry part of the mask from it.
The experience was really disappointing as a peel off mask tube is such a product that one cannot check while buying. It depends totally on the trust with the brand and the store. And when approaching with a complaint, the resource persons took out the solution from it and returned the half empty tube to me saying it’s fine yo use now as they have removed the dry part.
Like really!!! This is how a huge brand spar deals with customer’s grievances!!!

I have placed my order '11913887' on 14th august 2020, which was supposed to be delivered on 18th august 2020 at 4:00 pm -7:00 pm, to my suprise i did not received any call from delivery staff rather they cancelled my order saying my refund will be within 3 working days. I tried contacting to their so called worst customer service which did not response to my call rather they put me on call waiting, then i tried to contact them through e-mail again they did not response me by proper answer in short i was given a ticket number saying a support representative will contact but that was of no use nobody contact me till now. I want my refund back other wise i will have to take a legal action against spar customer service.

I ordered stuff from abroad they deducted money from account and status of delivery shows completed but we never receive goods tried to contact customer service they just giving generic reply not responding properly don’t know what to do

I had ordered for 1500 rs + in lieu of may day madness and i had faced the below issues :
1. Order was not completely delivered
2. I have not been given rs 150 cash back
3. I had not been informed for the non available items and i have been billed as mentioned4. Garlic is rotten, 5. Mangoes are damaged
6. Cucmber - is old7. I saw a cockroach running out of the products (Loose channa dal) when i opened
8. The team asked for cash and said card machine is not working (Is this contactless delivery mentioned in your site and app)
9. The delivery person was not aware of the route and we had to go to pick up the delivery

I tried calling customer care toll free number couple of times but no one answered and i called the anna nagar store number printed on the bill, am getting an automated message stating that the number does not exist

I am expecting a response and action for this complaint else i may have to raise this to consumer court

The employee in spar vega city mall is a thief. I purchase fish today staff who cleaned and cut the fish dropped down the packet and then immediately filled the packet with fresh wrap.

When i check at home i found pieces are missing. Such activities at this time are just no fair. I would like to escalate this to management. I need my complete money refund or the same order i can't go back, again and again, to spar for this.

Items were missing in the delivery but there is no refund from spar. And their customer care contact number is not working.

We have ordered online groceries from spar website with online payment. But many items were missing in the delivery but amount for those are not refunded. Worst part is that they do not pick our calls and no response to emails as well

Today 2nd February I got some things from spar supermarket in n Coimbatore brook fields.And unfortunately I had not billed a single item out off 7. I have purchased and that one item was “surf excel easy wash liquid”. For that the consultancy manager was very very rude to me and scolded me in very rare local bad words in Tamil.I am very stressed about this and the way he treated me is very rude.
I request you to take action towards this incident.

Spar misleading customers and adopted a method to royally loot customer money and no value for the time spend at shopping at spar.

Initially agreed to provide home delivery and post shopping with huge bill amount.
Staff denied for home delivery to my house which is not even a kilometer away from store.

Arrogant staff were denied to accept the goods back and they said money will not be returned. Which is very surprising for me..!!

Hello, i bought strawberry from spar hypermarket consisting of only 10 pieces worth rs.129. The lady i asked said its only rs.29 so i bought as that's the normal price for any strawberry anywhere you buy. But when it was billed, its price was rs. 129 and as it was a fruits item, they are not taking it back and i had to buy those for rs.129.

Problem is not that, problem is they are not fresh, and it has become stale and i have wasted my rs.129 for nothing.

After shopping for over 3000, they've charged 30 rs for the carry bag, even after informing the manager there regarding the extra charges levied they were ignorant and stubborn to listen, on top of the gst's and extra charges for literally everything, consumers shouldn't be charged for the carry bags when we are buying from the same place we have to pay to carry it home with us, it's high time change these redundant extra charges

We have purchased article no 62092000 au81ra54gx:navy:6y as per attached invoice and we have approached the spar pacific mall (Delhi store) for exchange as the product is extremely bad and all the white lace is piercing through the child skin. We are a regular member of spar with a good purchase history and same can also be tracked through the subject. We have again done a shopping of inr 6, 740 on 06jul
But spar is not responding at all neither on email nor on their customer service number
Look forward to a favorable response.

On Wed, Spar claims and contacts its customer base to intimate that fresh veggies get arrived.
Today on Thursday, i went to Spar to buy the veggies and even a blind person could tell that the veggies they were selling, were completely stale (only by texture and smell, forget about the looks, because the look on those so called fresh veggies was horrible).
I asked for department manager to provide me a correct reasoning why they were selling such bad veggies in the middle of the week considering the fact that yesterday they received the fresh veggies.
I talked to the internal staff and they literally told me that they don't buy any veggies and kitchen stuff from SPAR because of the bad products and severe quality issues.
No one was able to give a single reasoning so that i count even give them benefits of doubt.
I am highly disappointed with SPAR and this was probably my last visit to SPAR, i am not going back to that place, where i have to pay too high price for such stale and bad edible product.

I purchased and done billing, bill no is[protected] at 6.38 pm my i ask billing staff to cut my bag in tie bz i need to keep things inside my bag, he said i can't cut that is not my job go and ask security gurd, security guard is standing in front side, i asked him to call atleast, he didnot listen what i said, then he said i won't call him, then i take my pureshed things in my hand to security gurd, very worst staff i have seen in spar.

I have ordered through spar hypermarket online portal, 3 packets of pampers - light and dry medium size diaper pants 80 count. My order number is 01289694 dated 10.02.2019. However, i have been delivered 3 packets of pampers baby dry pants 76 count, leaving a shortage of 12 pants. I could not contact spar hypermarket, sln terminus, gachibowli, hyderabad, as the given phone number is reported as invalid. Please take up the matter with spar hypermarket, sln terminus, gachibowli, hyderabad.

The behavior of the salespersons at vr mall (Near anna nagar) is very poor, they never allow to choose or select products on own, even the same was experienced by my colleagues at the office. Even the same behavior in the first floor by a lady on the first floor at the utensils section. If this is how you treat the customers, there is no use of running this retail market.

Firstly i would like to know when as such response from staff is so poor are you guys actually bothered about this complaint forum? Well i had a bad experience too at spar online market. I have been trying to order for this product which is not in stock. While placing order it doesn't show anywhere whether it's in stock or not. Secondly none of the staff has any clue about product availability. Twice they have cancelled my order. I obviously had to switch to a new vendor. You guys better buck up. Your service sucks big time.

They keep saying to get back within 24 to 48hrs but no solution till now. I ordered strawberries online from spar and it turned out to be spoilt. I was just asking for a solution, but doesn't look like the team is interested to give one.

My previous purchase order number is[protected] at spar max hypermarket india pvt. Ltd (Sln terminus mall, survey no. 133, gachibowli, miyapur road, ser lingampally mandal, rr district, 500032, telangana, gstin :36aaecm084j1zd) in kondapur offered rs 100 off on rs 999 purchase, an offer valid till 31st, december, 2018. But, when i bought goods worth rs 2, 314.73 on 30, december, 2018 my purchase order is[protected] i did not get any reduction on my purchase. I am cheated on my purchase as the offer that spar offers is only for namesake and never actually a discount or offer for consumers. I want rs 100 refund on my purchase order number on[protected]. I hope the case would be resolved, without going to consumer court.

As per the business process not delivered the product. The next day I called to customer care very irrespective mannerly telling that " ur product cancelled " due to out of stock.

Updating me by saying your amount will be given back by 7 business working days.

This is completely against the business process.

I want to lodge a complaint against spar hypermarket located in tagore garden pacific mall new delhi. I recently purchased a kurti for my wife on occasion of wedding anniversary and it costs 899. I gifted this to my wife very happily.
But worst part of the product is, it's leaving its color in first wash only. It seems an old cloth in first wash only.
This product is of asybuy which is sold by spar. Company is ditching to customers, to be product which costs 200 is being sold at the cost of 900.
I want my money back as soon as possible.
Sparmaket's wearing clothes are very worst and cheaper. I won't recommend to anyone.
Making money is not everything, customer's satisfaction matters.
This is the second time when i have had a bad and worst experience.

I ordered items from spar hypermarket website online and made online payment of rs 529. But due to some reason i was not able to collect it so i cancelled the order. I got a mail saying my order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. But it has been more than 10 days and still haven't received the money back. They blocked my email i guess because i am unable to send them further mails with the email id i was using before.

Don't buy from spar. After sales provided by them. If found any descriepency in product they will not fix it useless.

I bought product buy two get one free. So purchased the product. But the offer is not applied. I contacted through phone and email but their response is useless. I contact again but no response. I never seen such a worst customer service.
Who doesn't not want any customer service or and doesn't want ana respesct from coordinator or just buy product can go to spar.

Spar service is equal to local market vendors who tend to just sell products.

When i was going to eat bakery product at spar rajaouri Pacific mall i find cockroaches moving inside the display box.now I never eat or buy anything from any spar you don’t able to manage hygiene then why open food court at spar?? I have live clicks in my iPhone you can clearly see how cockroaches moving around the food.it’s really very disgusting. I can’t able to upload photos here because of large photos. I want a duplicate bill from my previous order. I need tge details of the items descriptions and cost that ws charged to me. The bill provided by SPAR was not printed properly. The letters and numbers are not clearly visible. When I asked them, they kept me waiting for 30 minutes to give the bill. After 30 minutes they said we do not store the bill, so can't provide the duplicate bill which is ridiculous.

I'm particularly complaining about the spar at Forum Vijaya Mall Chennai.The staff is so rude and lazy.There are hundreds of people working there but no one is ready to listen to the customer.I had gone to buy a stove and kept waiting for someone to come and help me.I had asked 3 people for help and they just went away.Finally a lady came to help and when asked her to give a new packed item she lied there ain't any.When there were clearly a lot of them stacked above.After the billing when I went to get the warranty card stamped, the card was missing.The same lady came back and started giving the card of a different model.Finally I had to ask her to give me another item.Which she lied before that there weren't any.

Purchased for a good amount at spar, chennai late this evening. Always appreciate the quality of spar, but something was disappointing today. Jockey xl (As per the packing) undergarments (Jockey woman comfies-bikini, 1 pair) were purchased but once the box was opened, it was medium sized garments. Being undergarments, i'm not sure, whether it can be replaced as well. With your careless packing, my money is wasted.! Very disappointed. Looking for a possible rectification.
