I sent my token amount of ₹6000 to block a bed in a triple sharing room in the property Conway House(Chennai). But due to an emergency, I couldn't move to their property. I want my token amount to be refunded, since it's clearly mentioned on their website that the token amount is entirely refundable. Now that I have been asking them for my refund, they aren't properly responding to me. I have called the property manager, the sales guy and the support team. I have sent multiple emails to the support team. I still have not gotten a proper response. From what I have seen on here, so many people are going through the same issue with Stanza Living. I don't understand what kind of robbery this is. Please help me get my refund back.

      I had booked a room in Erbil house Chennai and had paid ₹5000 in advance which was supposed to be added to the security deposit. The sales representative told me that the security deposit will be returned but now they are saying that the amount is non refundable.

        I had booked a twin sharing room by giving a token amount of rs 6000 but to my surprise when I went to the property the room allocated was a triple sharing room. I was told by property in-charge no twin sharing are available. And due to hybrid mode of work I from the very beginning didn't wanted triple sharing room. The same should had been mentioned at the time of booking. The stanza Chennai team is not picking my calls anymore. Request a refund as it's a mistake at companies end along with a clarification.

            Our balcony has the water leakage problem that comes from direct connection of Others washroom. We have complaint to the warden and superiors for repairing the pipeline and they kept ignoring us or keep telling that it will be repaired in next week Everytime.Due to this water leakage, our whole room stinks and we have been suffering through this from last 5 months. They don't even clean the balcony where this leakage is happening and no proper staff interaction is done during this problem.

              Sir I am a student I just go through the Stanza living residential.As per their rules and regulations I have made one year contract for that I need to pay extra 6000 rupees irrespective of room rent of the PG i.e, rupees of 5200 for every month.After I joined one week later they mailed me that you have to vacate this hostel saying that that your money will be credited to you within 15 days.But only 6400 only credited.They looted my rest of the money Please help me with this.

                The plot adjacent to grand hill is occupied by labour/construction workers, who burn fuel that fills the flat with smoke. I was assured by Sandeep that I will be shifted to another unit (3 months ago) as and when there's availability but he booked the recently vacated flat (House num 202) to new tenants ignoring all shifting initiation requests from my end.

                The construction workers create havoc in the early morning and late evening. There's a lot of noise which disturbs my studies.

                The flat was in a dirty condition and no professional cleaning was done at the time of check in. I had complained of a foul smell and found a dead rat in the bedroom during diwali cleaning. After numerous requests, Sandeep did not arrange any cleaning pre/post that incident.

                I asked for an additional key to the main door since I had only 1. Sandeep (Stanza's point of contact) instead of providing an extra, asked me to get a duplicate key made by any local key maker. This makes me question the safety of the main door locks at stanza. I feel unsafe thinking about this.

                I had asked Sandeep to help me contact the grievances department of stanza, or someone from the management team, so as to directly report these inconveniences. But he claims that he’s the only point of contact for stanza grand hill. This prolonged my communication with the management and escalated the matter.

                      Stanza living is one of the worst places to live in. They charge a whooping 27017 for a month per room and provides zero service. It has been 4 days now that we do not have water and they just don't seem to bother. When a complaint is done, their sales person says that his job is to get the tenants onboarded and get the commission, rest all they don't care.
                      Stanza living is running a fraud business in the name of luxury PG. They force residents to quit so that they can onboard a new one and the sales person can make his commission.

                        Hi Team,

                        Nitin & Dipak from stanza living has told to book the room for 1 or 2 months.

                        They told me the rent of 7500/-.

                        & told me to pay 6000 as a booking amount, 1500 i need to pay after visiting the room.

                        Now after visiting the Juliace House, they changed they words by telling me to pay 11500/- as a per month rent, & i need to sign a contract of 1 year.

                        This is really not fair & acceptable, now they are not refunding me my booking amount.

                        The information provided by stanza living staff is totally wrong.

                        I belongs to middle class family, i request you please refund my booking amount ASAP, or else i will file a police complaint against your company.

                          I had booked a room for PG in Stanza living Q city Hyderabad. I had payed 6000rs as per booking for the room, but before moving to Hyderabad i got information that i no longer have to be in Hyderabad so i asked they for my refund. But they said the booking amount is non refundable.

                          I mailed the support team for the refund. But they also said the same in email that this amount can't be refunded.

                          But in there website it is clearly mentioned that i[censored] have payed some amount and but have changed your mind and dont want to stay then your payed amount will be refunded.

                          When i said the same they said like booking amount is different and visiting amount is different.

                          But while booking the room there was no information given like this that both the amount is different and your money can't be refunded.

                              I had vacated the stanza living residence in May month in Kochi, Laramie House. I was told that the security deposit will be refunded when I vacate but I don't get my deposit back. When I dropped a mail to @stanzaliving.freshdesk.com, they are not responding to the mail.                                 My pre booking money of 6000 is not being refunded by Stanza living even though I have written a lot of emails to their operations team, their employees are always procrastinating and always say that they are talking to the senior team, they are a total scam, IF ANYONE READING THIS HAS BEEN BEEN SCAMMED THEN PING ME ON [protected], LETS FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM.
                                I am also facing the same issue. They simply say refund is not part of their policy. I have not on-boarded because the accommodation amenities are not as expected.

                                No proper customer support and am not sure not even they consider residents as customers.

                                  I am residing at St. Peterburgs House at Nagavara Bangalore. My ID is 22ASPBBA072, I have onboarder today and paid the full amount based on the aminities and the policy which are written as facilities of Stanza living.
                                  But unfortunately the same is not available. Despite of several communication to the operation team the same they couldn't able to manage.
                                  I have not signed the aggrement yet as the same is not been provided to me.
                                  This is just a mere leagal document of no value. While Stanza can't provide the facility as demonstrated, so how I will put myself with such false documentation.
                                  Pls make the arrangements to resolve the issue by tomorrow morning else arrange for the total refund of my money by tmrw without any further delay.
                                  Hope I have clarified myself.

                                      I visted stanza living and saw the room, they are charging 8000rs per bed and thier are 2 bed in a single room. I thought i have no place to live so atleast i will book this bed as a backup and search for other. the sale person ask me to book bed so i did it. But now i found a place to live and within 1 days i mailed stanza to cancel my booking and refund me my money. I didn’t even sign any contract and neither i stay even 1 one but i got a mail that it is not refundable.

                                      And it’s clear mentioned on thier website that booking amount is refundable( SCREENSHOT ADDED ) but now they are saying we are not able to refund that money..
                                      I am also facing the same issue. I went for on-boarding on the next day and since I am not satisfied with the amenities available, took call with Sales guy and after getting the details, he was not picking the call there after.

                                      No customer care number was available. Then send a mail requesting details and also raised ticket in support, no proper response received. They are simply closing the ticket that refund is not in policy

                                          Myself MIHIR SHARMA, was resident of Stanza Living Medford Vadodara, Gujarat. User ID: 21MFRAA013 Room: MRF0402. I left the resident on 19th June 2022. Now according to the stanza living agreement my security deposit of 10, 000/ - rupees will be received in my bank account within 21 days of leaving the resident. It has been more than mentioned period and no action has been taken so far. No one is answering the call when ever I try to reach them. As mentioned it is a straight violation of the agreement and torture for me. I need my security deposit within a week.

                                            I prebooked(6000 rs) a Stanza living house called Greensboro(Perungudi, Chennai), which is not even live(not officially opened or listed in their website/app) as of now. I requested them for refund after only 12 hours, as i no longer needed the room. My contract is not even started(attaching the contract info i received via mail), yet there is no proper response from the property owner or salesop team(who helped me prebook the property instantly).

                                            Adding the chat with property manager who urged me to book other property instead of the property i asked for, reasoning it would internally change after the branch is opened, causing me to prepay the amount even before the branch is open

                                              Stanza living, Aruna park, Laxmi nagar, Delhi 110092 में काफी pg है । सबमे ac की सुविधा दी गयी है, लेकिन किसी भी window ac में पाइप install नही कराया गया है । बार बार कहने के बावजूद भी ये लोग नही सुनते । या की warden ms. Versha कहती है, की हम नही लगवाएंगे जो हो सो कर लो । girls pg होने का पूरा फायदा उठाया जा रहा है । इनके आफिस में मेल भी करि but कोई action नही लिया जा रहा । varsha कहती है कि यहाँ बार बार कहने मत आयो ये तो ऐसे ही रहेगा ।
                                              यहाँ सड़क चलते लोगो को व दुकान वालो को बहुत दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ।

                                                I had booked one PG in Whitby House, DCC Aishwarya Flats senthzmizh Nagar second main road, Konathi village, main road Kattankulathur, TamilNadu, India for my son ( Tanishq Pokharia, 22wwHIBA215 ) who has taken Admission in SRM University KTR. I had done this booking from New Delhi, through your App as I was not familiar with the new place.

                                                Your sales associate Mr. Prasad ( [protected] ) has made a lot of false promises to us from day one. First he asked us to transfer 1000.00 to process the booking for PG, once we paid the amount he said the rooms in Harrod House are fully booked, you pay us 4000.00 and we will bookroom in Whitby House which is the nearest to SRM University. We made the 4000.00 deposit also. On reaching here on 7th september I made the remaining payment of first installment 33407.00 ( Total 38407.00 )

                                                On 7th September we reached SRM university and went to the Whitby House PG, first of all it was very hard to find the place as it was inside Aishwary Apartments which was not informed to us. Mr.Prasad did not pick up the phone and also did not respond to the messages.We had to waste 1 hour searching the property. Though we had advised him in advance regarding our arrival date. On 8th September also he is not picking up the phone and not responding to Whatsapp messages.

                                                On reaching the property we found the beds were too small ( the bed just broke off in front o[censored]s when my son tried to sit on the bed as it was made of cheap material ), no separate almirah and no study table, no CCTV as promised by your sales team. The toilet jet was not functional. The property manager told us all the parents are complaining as the sales team makes false promises to the parents about the services and once payment is done they do not respond.

                                                We were told shared autos are easily available from this area to the college, however in reality the students have to wait for 30 to 60minutes to get the auto and that also is not shared. It took my son 1.5 hours to get the auto the first day on 8th Sept 2022, his first day to college.

                                                Just next to the window of my son's room there is a dumping yard which is full of waste from the nearby flats and a breeding ground for mosquitoes and has a very bad smell all day.

                                                Keeping all these things in mind I've decided to vacate the PG at Whitby with immediate effect and shift my son to the college hostel instead. If I cannot get facility after paying so much amount there is no point staying in this PG.

                                                I've made payment of ( Total 38407.00 ) till date .

                                                We did not expect to go through so much paid using your services and we are not here for the experiment from your sales team to check different different properties.

                                                So, I request you to please proceed with the full refund to me at the earliest. I did not make any delay in making the payments and expect the same from you.

                                                  My friend and I tried booking a room at Stanza Living Kassel House at Hyderabad on Aug 28. It was shown as a PG for girls. Since it was not available, the customer agent of stanza said she will provide an alternate at Sunderland House. It was assumed to be also Girls PG, but only later found that it is unisex. The agent still refused to give a twin sharing at Kassel House saying it is unavailable. I made a complaint to their operations team saying they are violating privacy rights of two young girls who requested for an alternate to a PG girls and they are forcing them to stay in a unisex. Almost immediately a room suddenly popped up at Kassel and the agent called me. On reaching the place on September 5th, we were in for a shock as it was so untidy even after we informed them two days before that we will be landing in Hyderabad. Dirty bathroom, pillows lying on the floor, there was no fan or light, only one bedside table ( picture showed two), cupboard handle broken, only one of the beds had a mattress which was having damp stains.
                                                  The agent name was Gargi and she took undue advantage of the fact that both o[censored]s were not physically residing at Hyderabad and forced us to make payment based on misleading photographs.
                                                  Attaching photographs sent by Stanza Living agent to my friend, and the actual video of the room allotted which is completely shabby.
                                                  Hence I am requesting that both our deposits of Rs 6000 each be refunded at the earliest.

                                                    I had vacated the property before 5th of august and there are no pending dues still the refund is not credited as per the support policy and the agents are unavailable . Also i mailed operations.stanzaliving.com but didnt get any proper response.

                                                    Initially I thought it's only to me but after reading the complaints and social media comments I came to know that they're doing this to a lot of customers. So unless we proceed it legally they're not going to listen to our complaints. I've seen some complaints here has been marked as resolved even refunding the deposit. I'm s working professional from tcs and I am registering a legal consumer complaint against them, I'll take full responsibility for the legal actions, I just need support and information from victims like us, so kindly ping me in Instagram @phuvanes_kumar

                                                      My daughter us in Stanza living Bannerghatta, bangalore. Nobody told us that there is no kitchen in PG. Secondly my child is non veg where egg is compulsorily needed as they are use to it. No coffee available, children wake early morning they should hv option of coffee as well. My daughter at all not having food at your place, effecting her health. I request you to cancel the contract, will shift her somewhere else where she gets food fresh and straight from kitchen.
                                                      Am feeling cheated.

                                                        I left the hostel on 11th of july 2022 they told me that security deposit will be refunded within 15-20 days.But it's been almost 2 months since i left the property they didn't refunded my money(Rs.10000) back also nobody is picking up my calls and replying to my messages.If someone picks up my call then they only say one thing that they have sent the email to upper team.Everytime they say same thing.They are not refunding my security deposit money.Please help me to get my money back

                                                          As I was a resident of Stanza Living - Adana house in Coimbatore branch, after vacated from stanza they are supposed to refund me caution deposit of Rs 4000 which is collected from me during the time of admission as per their rules and policies. But after vacated they only transferred Rs 1850. Hence they are not trustworthy. They offers many things at the time of admission but later on everything changes especially poor quantity of food. And during vacting time they will tell excuses regarding refundable deposit.

                                                            The rate at ehich we are availing the hostel at that rate we should be getting lunch on weekdays. However they are not providing it. Besides the lunch provided on weekeds are inadequate and the quality of the food is extremely poor. There's no side dish to eat with the food. The breakfast and dinner are also inadequate. They have limitations in terms of the quantiybof chicken and paneer we eat. The chicken pieces along with bones we are restricted to having only 3pieces and those are quite small pieces. The vegetables that are peovided in side dish are also quite less. There's no sign of it in the dish. Almost everyday the scenario is the same for all the residents of limoges house.
