Advance and security deposit refund
Due to covid pandemic i have to leave stanza living verona house rajendra nagar indore From march 2021 in which i paid rent of march and april as well and my agreement is upto august 2021 i had try many times to RC but he is not responding . Please take some appropriate action for my refund.

Fraudulent and mis representation

I have pre -booked stanza living for 3-4 months time period in Bolton house Hyderabad . Now when I am about to move to the property and call the property team then they are saying that the locked in period is 6 months and not they are saying to take it for 6 months which I cannot be able to take

About the charge of extra money for luggage

I belonged to a well class family and i was living in stanza living north campus for my graduation
its about the lockdown and the policy of luggage returning, i was stuck in stanza during lockdown 2020 for two months and had to urgently leave after paying all debts but wasn't able to collect my luggage due to covid siruation. for my bad my whole family passed away due to covid since then and stanza refused to give ky luggage back even after 1000 times of requesting then, they said i've to py the luggage amount. its been two years and my luggage is still stuck there and due to the passing of all the members of my family i'm not able to guve the luggage amount to them i went to stanza for 10 times requesting them to give my belongings but they refused. they even have my original marsheets and birth curtificate and my career is at stake. i don't know how to get my belongings back. i urgently need some help.

It's been 26 days since I vacated the stanza living premises after multiple escalations and mails still they didn't refund my Security deposit. I have also tried reaching the RC via WhatsApp but all my messages were ghosted. I have successfully completed my exit formalities on the said date and time but they failed to refund my deposit. 3 hours before the time of exit the security guards started knocking on my doors and kept asking me to...

Refund of the amount collected during Pre-Booking

I have no idea whether placing this complaint will have any impact. However, still trying my luck.
While I was dealing with Stanza Living, one of their customer service agents Kinshuk.
He suggested pre-booking on the website by paying Rs.1000/- that is refundable.
The properties he showed were not worthy enough monetary wise, so requested him for the refund of the amount of Rs.1000/-. He told me to write to operations for the same.
It's almost a month now and there is no credit at all and now no response either over calls or the mails.
Imagine if fools like us are pre-booking by paying Rs.1000/- based on the false commitment of refundable and the refunding is not happen, the quantum of the amount they are minting by fooling people like us.
Serious integrity issue. Never trust them and never fall into the trap of their agents as all are liars and diplomats.

Food quality , repairing issue , property issue

This complaint is regarding STANZA LIVING! First of all, The food quality is 'WORST'. It has killed my taste buds. I have been vommitted twice after eating your food. There is no ### taste in your food. It seems like the pulses and rice were of BPL quality. You guys are taking 8651 and then providing this kind of creep food. Why the hell are you taking this much money when you are not even providing good quality food. Another thing your washrooms has the lowest quality products. The handshower has been broken thrice and still there has been no change in that.
Last but least and should be most 'CONSIDERED' ! There have thefts thrice in our property and no strict has been taken yet. Out of 60 girls there are few set of girls who are harassing and using abusive languages. I don't understand what your company's motive actually ? Is it all about taking money? Because you guys take gutter mouth people in your property, looks like they are born in illiterate family and only knows how to abuse people. The food is not food, It's poop actually. Also, there is no proper maintaince.

The taste is really pathetic, And this issue has been going on since months no strict action has been taken and not only few people everyones facing the same problem. I also got sick today because of the food here, And today an insect was found in the food. Is this the kind of service you provide? If this issue doesn’t resolve asap Am gonna take it to higher authority

No Refund procedure
They are unwilling to pay my excess money paid during pandemic & not willing to talk to me on this issue & not adjusting the amount to my further stay.

Misrepresentation, fraud and poor services and not worth of money

We booked the room in the Manila House of stanza during covid period. They showed the pictures and when we paid and came, they were not as the pictures showed.
They are totally fraud.
Now if we come to food. Food is not prepared in the mess, it comes from somewhere else and it's cold and in a very bad state. The menu and taste are really bad.
There is no standard of living here. Furniture in the room is in bad condition. They promised for 24 hours hot water but it comes only for 2 hours in the morning.
Before taking the money they told us that they will take for the 3 months as one installment but when we reached they took for 5 months and denied their claims.
The staff here is very rude and not at all cooperative. Warden is too manipulative.
Here there is a scan and order placing system for food which makes the living worse. Warden wakes us up by 7:30 just to scan. They just want us to scan the food whether we had it or not. They don't care about anything except the scanning.
Never prefer stanza in dehradun atleast. I am in deep regret for choosing stanza. The facilities which they claim aren't working or not accessible. They make false claims. Strict actions should be taken.

I was a resident in stanza in living pune Sanremo house pune . I joined it on March 2021 and my contract was till October. and I paid 30000 as three months rent and deposit . But after April hostel got closed and my contract is going to end and it's still not open . And they are not returning the money back

Firstly this company "Stanza Living" is totally bogus and fraud. They keep changing staff every month as their management is so awful. So basically I have stayed in stanza Living, vadodara for 2 years I totally hated it but I didn't have any option. The food was pathetic and so were their services. They do not even have a proper customer care support. Now I have been trying to get in touch with these people for my deposit amount to be refunded...

I stayed in stanza living for 3 months but left the hostel due to the pandemic situation. I signed the agreement for 6 months but the worsening pandemic situation made me to leave. Before joining, I've paid a sums of Rs.24, 000 including first and last month rent plus security deposit plus maintenance fee. Now even after leaving the hostel, still i did not receive the last month rent and security deposit (Rs.14, 000). Its been nearly 3 months since I left and still I did not get any proper response. The way of treating the customers is so bad. The hostel itself was not good. Food quantity is limited and with a span of 3 months i was shifted thrice here and there. This is not only for me, I've moved there along 15 other students. the same case with everyone. Over 2 lakhs is been cheated here. Please do take necessary actions. Please.

Refund Fraud
I was promised by the sales agent that I would get my 10000 refund back an was told to wait but he kept on changing the date and onw day spoke very rude and blackmailed me that if I go to management they will not care and only he has the power to give the refund. When I sent a letter to CEO after weeks of false promises given by the agent, one from the operation team contacted me and after 2 weeks he also did not give proper response and gave completely false information and denied to take further action. I am struggling to get my refund from Stanza Living for more than 3 months

Regarding luggage

Last year due to corona, I can't go back to the pg (Vijayanagar) and after 3 months I came to know that Stanja left that property. Till now I didn't come to know about my luggage, after many complaints.

This April I came home from Bangalore they asked me for 6000 rs for the luggage fee, I told them by April I'm leaving the building because of the lockdown I couldn't take my things now they are like if you want to vacate you have to pay all three months rents which is rs60000 for both me and my sister they are not even responding properly please be cautious they only want money I would not suggest any one to stay there and the food...

I am a resident of Stanza Living Dover House, Pune, (21DOVAA025). It is very disappointing to write here, after a conversation of more than a month with the management there, with no positive support. I have faced many issues relating to the facilities which were promised to me on the very first day, but never received. Due to the pandemic, i am also not able to go back there too, hence asking for the refund, but in vain I was also given a negotiation, in which I had to pay more money, obviously denied, which would add to the loss. I am still waiting eagerly, to get any positive support. Really disappointing.

On 23th jan we arrived at the pg (Stanza living). On jan 12th we booked a room which was 102. On 23th jan we arrived and we said to that pg staff to show the room but what we booked a room that was not available. And they said to stay with another room with pg staff and Reva University student...
As we arrived to the pg we was waiting for the past 2 to 3 hours. And there was no proper response. As that pg staff is not responding properly and he is going out and sitting somewhere. He said that you stay on another room but I told that what room I booked I want it. The pg staff didn't say anything about that and he went outside...
As on 102 room another student are staying. Then what is reason of paying advance amount...
They didn't give proper response and we left from that pg and came back to my place. Due to this return we had lost ₹15000 which you have to pay for me...
Note: kindly refund amount of ₹10000

Worst experience, Payment terms, false promises, moving again and again

I would like to inform you that the way stanza treats its CUSTOMER is frustrating and feels like harassment. We booked stanza in the hope of receiving a home like experience but it is totally opposite.
From day one we are constantly compromising with the services provided to us and now when we have some issues that we expected people to understand, but stanza people enforcing policy that this is written here.
We are having worst food here. I have left taking food but stanza guy comes in night and takes scan for all food so that it can be counted. No key for rooms, no chair, no table, no proper cleaning, relocation to far & deserted area whenever they want, mANY TIMEs unavailability of water as well.
Payment terms are also not informed clearly...
Close your services if you can't afford. Stanza only believes in making money by providing ### services. Worst business model ever.

Stanza ( Delhi) is demanding luggage rent for belongings left behind, students had to leave suddenly in March once college closed. Now they are at their respective home towns. Already security deposit of two months rent is with them, now they are demanding luggage fees . this is not fair, this is not ethical, to make such demands during trying times due to the pandemic

Hi I am staying in stanza living Dehradun for a year. there are many points i would like to bring in frontline
1) false promises made by stanza living team and RCs.
At first, they made many many false promises(i mean it literally).
2) poor management system
3) Poor food tho it's ok Now since they have changed the staff.
3) Poor security anyone can come into campus anytime and they can leave anytime, guard sleeps at night, student deadly fights, the students indiscipline like DJ in late nights, drinks, getting high on weed, at nights.
4) no proper gym, no gym flooring, bad equipment quality can make the injury
5) also if you complain they get closed automatically without asking you.
taking about fake promises
they said there will cab available for you all the time but it never was a student have to move here and there for transportation in between of Jungle(PONDHA, DEHRADUN).

Events they did two events in total t in them also students fought with each other in the night somewhere around 2-3 am.
Never-ending party of students in room, drugs, music is not let you sleep in night and you miss college in the morning.

Illegal luggage rent

Stanza lobbing in paundha (krabi house) Dehradun, Uttarakhand is asking for luggage rent for the students who are in their homes right now but have to pay for their belonging in the hostel a rent of rs.6000 per month on multiple of 15 days
Children have already paid full fees even for these three months in which the are staying their homes

I checked out of stanza living amsterdam house on 11th february 2020. Before checkout i was told that the deposit amount will be refund within 7 days. It has been 25 days now. They have stopped responding to my emails and calls. On calling the number provided in website they say they have no information. I have dropped email to all the addresses mentioned and also raised a ticket in the app. Sometimes they say you have not sent notice period email and sometime they say we are yet to get update.

My sister was looking for a hostel in hyderabad n she got brainwahsed my the marketing team of stanza living n we submited 7000 rupees for the 1 month and security money 5000 which they promise to refund but after 3 days my sister started feeling unwell n she wants to come back so we asked them for refund n they totally refuse to refind a single penny. N said do watever u want to do

I want to do complaint about the bad food which is provided in my hostel ... By eating that food we are getting sick, also food poisoning... After eating the food always i am having stomachache...
I had complained many times but stanza living is not taking any action.. Behavior of the mess staff is also very rude..
I request you to accept this complaint and take action against stanza living as soon as possible..

I tried contacting multiple persons from your team around 30-40 times but there was no positive response. All my fellow mates, who did advance booking, got their money refunded.
It’s my humble request to refund the amount as it was promised by your company. Hope that you will clear this concern as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.
