Refund of Prebooking.
I have pre-booked, one bed in 3 sharing rooms in navalur on 16th July 2022. Prebooking amount - 6000 rupees.Yesterday I saw the increase in rent due to the GST.
I supposed to check in from Aug 1 2022.
I am currently in the financial situation where I can't afford the cost for the stay in stanzaliving .It's a family medical emergency issue.
I sent an mail to them on 22nd July 2022 to cancel my prebooking. They said prebooking refund cant be done.
I wasn't told about the refund policy. If someone explained, I couldn't have enrolled for pre-booking.

So I kindly request you to share the refund amount. Even If it is 5 star hotel, we can cancel the booking one day before. But here I cancelled 1 week before my joining. It would be advisable to deduct 20-30 percentage money and refund the remaining amount.

Horrible experience while living at Stanza Living Atlanta House (formerly Omkara Hostel), Ahmedabad.
Bogus food: Quality and quantity of food always below standards.
RC behavior: Resident captain behavior unacceptable at most places
Service charges: Electricity charged at 12 Rupees / unit, that is way above the pricing charged in Ahmedabad: i.e. Rs. 7/unit for commercial use.

I have lock-in period of 3 month after the end of 3 month call came from Stanza Living they said that you have to extend the lock-in period to 1 year but when I have entered in the contract they said that you have to leave whenever you are free to leave after giving 1 month prior notice from the date you want to leave and you have stay 3 month compulsory and then you can stay or leave the premises after giving 1 month prior notice. Failure to refund my caution money

I left Stanza Living on 21 May 2022, today it is 18 July 2022, more than one month has passed. Stanza living hasn't refunded my caution money of Rs. 9, 000 /- The staff is irresponsible, company isn't replying to my mails, says they have refunded my amount but I haven't yet received it!

Received the call from stanza living for room details the supervisor was to rude to talk when trying explain the details he hung the call saying that speak to whomsoever u spoke in stanza living before never call again on our number very rude and unprofessional behaviour of the person.

I had booked a room and paid advance in Bellandur Bangalore. The very next day i had to cancel it as my office had moved back to working from home. I was promised a full refund, but was denied the money after multiple calls and emails. They even stopped picking up my calls. I was not even given back my rent advance, even though i informed within 20 hours of booking. Do not recommend stanza living to anyone. they are just after money.

Haven't received security deposit
I have stayed at Stanza living, vishakapatnam for 6 months. I have paid about 11000 for security deposit and told will be returned about 5k when I leave. It's been 4 months I haven't received my 5000 yet. I have been calling many authorities none of them were looking into this.

I am very much regret to inform your that Stanza is providing very poor quality food and also quantity is not sufficient enough to serve all paying guest.
They are also not maintain proper hygiene in washroom as they are not cleaning it regularly, which increase the chances of infection.br...

Security deposit din refunded back
I completed my lock in period and then I ask for my refund amount while leaving the property... Initially they said yes will give but on the day of me moving out from the property, they says they won't give me my money back...

We looked for ladies pg and as a suggestion we got stanza so checked with them in whatsapp for rent and details they called and explained the amenities and rent advance and all but they didn't mentioned that in the 2nd floor it is men's pg they called us many times to book with advance and 2of my friends visited the property but that time also they didn't told about men's pg but after paying the total amount of 22, 552 rupees we know that men's pg is there and they didn't gave the room which my friends visited totally we are 4 members and each paid 22, 552 rupees so we need they need to refund that amount but they are not properly responding for refund we need refund amount we didn't stayed there even an hour but they are telling refunding is not possible like that so please help us to get the refund amount

A stanza living employee reached out to me as per my request, while in the messages in WhatsApp regarding our discussion about future visit to the demo room, the employee addressed me as “Sir”, taking it as an honest mistake that people make sometimes on social media, I let her (I say so, because a female employee talked to me on the cal) know that I am a “Ma’am” instead of a “Sir” not forcing her to address me as someone at an higher authority than her. Even after letting her know that I am a female, as much as she is, she continued to call me by the other gender. It started to become hurtful after because it made me feel really disrespected because as a consumer to her, who equally needs her help, she still chose a route to somewhat bully me in a way, by constantly calling me sir in every sentence. It was as if after I let her know that I am a college student, she started this frenzy, but, as an entrepreneur/student who was aspiring to venture into a financially independent life with the help of stanza living, I am hurt, disappointed and not feeling like it is worth voicing my preference to someone, especially an employee of Stanza Living.

The sales person said that for one person 6000 + deposit one month rent after paying the two person amount + deposit the sales person said that one person 11500 ... that's not our budget .. that's why we are cancelled a booking total mistake is done by sales person .. we have asked many times she said like that ... Take action and we want full amount to refunded ...

I have stayed at Parnika Srinika Elite located at Ram Nagar, Kondapur, Hyderabad. During the time of onboarding I was helped by Laxman from the Business Team and Jaipal Reddy from Operations Team. I have stayed there from Feb 22, 2022 to April 15, 2022. Its been more then 3 months, yet to receive my deposits back. No one is responding to my calls or queries. Pls support in getting my deposit amount back.

Refund of security money not done and no response too

Hello,
I was a resident of Stanza Living Elista House Indore from December 21 to April 22.
I dropped my room vacating mail to stanza on 4th April and left the room on 28th April. I was assured that I will get money in one month of leaving the hostel. Whole May has gone by, and almost half of June but I didnt get my money (Rs.10, 500), and I am getting no response on emails.
Worst thing is they don't have customer care services. And even the Resident caretaker (RC) is not responding well to my queries.
I need my money back I'll have to lodge a police complaint soon.
I never gave my rent even a day late but Stanza living has shown that they only have big mouth but no credibility and loyalty to their residents.
Worst experience in the name of a PG with their showing off standards and petty staff which fights with residents, and their Food scanning chaos, and bad food. Need a resolution as soon as possible.

I vacated the premises of a Stanza Living property (#401, Lakshmi Meridian Apartments, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, TS) on May 3rd. I was promised a security deposit refund ( INR 21, 000) within 10-15 days. But I have not received the refund even after more than 25 days.
Further, the company executives are not picking up my calls or responding to my emails.
Requesting your help is a speedy resolution.

Booking Scam
I am raising a complaint against Stanza Living property at OMR chennai, Studio 21 CSA37. The Sales persons, Rohan, and Booking manager John are wickedly scamming people asking them to pay 30% of the room amount as a token, whereas the refundable amount is 500/-

Horendous experience I had with this PG. Spare some time to read and understand my story. I came to Bangalore and looked out for PG in Marathalli area. I came and visited the place and told that tomorrow evening I will be coming with luggage. When I checkout from hotel, I call them in prior that I am coming so clean up the room. They said please come. When I reached the room, girl name Ranjita 72040066xx said that who I am and why I came up directly with luggage. I told that Jay asked me to come, so she said who is Jay, I don't know him. After around 45 minutes over the phone call from her to supervisor and Jay and someone's else, I found that if I will waste more time then I will have to stay on road. So I took my luggage and went in search for PG. When I reached Munnekolala which is like 500m away from this place, supervisor asked me to come. With all the luggage I came back thinking that I will get a room. But again this girl said that she was not informed about my visit. I called Saddam and told him then they let me stayed there for night without food and Wi-Fi, which I managed for a day. Next morning there breakfast didn't reached till 8 am which is like going for office timings. I left without breakfast. Now in the evening after work, when I called again to Saddam that my onboarding needs to be done today at any cost, he said sure and you will receive wifi password at 6.30 pm. I was assured so I started from my office to pg. When I reached it was 8.15 and I asked Ranjita that a wifi password has been generated and onboarding would have been done for me, please check then she said that no sir, nothing is done and she has not been informed for the same. I had a meeting at 8.45 which I took over çall and told about my uncertain circumstances. My manager understood and asked to settle somewhere else and so I left immediately without any delay. Now I am in a PG where I didn't really wanted to stay but staying as I was on road.
Thank you Stanza for your great and wonderful services. We will truly appreciate your help in putting someone new on road. Since I have been to Bangalore before so I can manage, but what will happen if someone is coming for first time in Bangalore.

A Very rude woman manage runs this place. She showed the whole property except the rooms and was asking me do the booking for a double sharing room for 12000 Rupees and made me do pre booking of 12000 for it. I changed my mind later to cancel the pre booking and reached out to her for the same and the customer service also as its written in their policy that pre booking amount is 100% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. 6000 for each bed was taken from me for pre booking of the double room but she later denied to cancel and asked me to reach out to the operations team. The woman later tells me only 500 is booking fee and rest is rent money which was false information given to me at the time of booking. Neither she provided the contact information or helped us get through that or provided any contact of anybody to help us cancel it. Its a straight forward scam of stanza and their workers as customer service is not reachable either through mail or phone and manager of this property was talking rudely asking me to do anything i want and that she won’t refund the money. I lost my 12000 rupees and with no service given. Even the photos are misleading as they don’t have any tables and chairs for working professionals and only provide a bed and a cupboard.
I tried reaching out to many platforms and service numbers and the manager herself for cancellation but all vain efforts. I don’t know where else to post this.
Im a minimum wager person and this was like 50% of my salary. Please don’t choose stanza whoever reads this.

I was living in stanza living, cairns house, kothrud pune .i got back home during holi of 2021..but die to lockdown i have to stay home for around 1.5yr but recently when i visited my pg for my items pickup i found out half of my things were missing ...only things that were of not much worth were there ..i complaint about this to my PG warden but couldn't get any satisfactory reason..my items were worth more than 15000
Hence i want to resolve this asap.

The staff is hell irresponsible and non responding. They never pick calls after I left the property, same thing has happened twice, because I stayed two times in their property.

Deposit refund not received
I stayed on 6months contract in Hyderabad-gandimaisamma, Lagos house Stanza living. I was said to receive refund on my deposit within 30days of vacanting which ofcourse even post 50days I have not . I raised email issues and also contacted RC's several times.They are as clueless as possible. The period of stay was from sept to Feb end 2022. Now it's April ending and still have no update.

Refund of the Pre-Booking Amount of 7500 against cancellation informed with in 48 hours of prebooking.
Would like team to make a note that I have paid 7500 via bank online transaction in as a pre booking amount for 1BHK flat owned by stanza, Hyderabad for which i seek refund as i am not moving with this property. I have informed my concerns to the stanza operations/customers support teams and they event have arranged a callback and close my query by providing response that refund can't be done.
All this happened offline as i haven't signed any terms and conditions with the team, they have not informed me on this refund policy because this happened offline instead of their website. For online sale they always do 100% refund that is mentioned in website www.stanzaliving.com. My concerns are with refund as because after paying 7500 they haven't not provided by any formal communication on the booking id/any reference if against which 7500 is being hold. After Speaking to the executive who with offline deal was done said that you payment transfer via is the only receipt which was done by me in the account details provided by excecutive which is stanza bank account. I am concerns about my hard earned money which stanza can hold without providing me any services in this case which is flat and as i am not interested in talking services from them please help me to get the refund.
Would like team to make a note that I have paid 7500 via bank online transaction in as a pre booking amount for 1BHK flat owned by stanza, Hyderabad for which i seek refund as i am not moving with this property. I have informed my concerns to the stanza operations/customers support teams and they event have arranged a callback and close my query by providing response that refund can't be done.
All this happened offline as i haven't signed any terms and conditions with the team, they have not informed me on this refund policy because this happened offline instead of their website. For online sale they always do 100% refund that is mentioned in website www.stanzaliving.com. My concerns are with refund as because after paying 7500 they haven't not provided by any formal communication on the booking id/any reference if against which 7500 is being hold.
