I have purchases a RO water purifier on 25th July22 and installed on 27th July22 through Star Sky agent Pradeep-[protected].we ran this RO only 2 times and then it is not working. then I informed Pradeep on 28th July to send an executive and he told that he will come next day i.e 29th July.
Today i called him but he is not picking up my call and messaged me that he will come next day.
What is this behaviour with...

Some group of scammer are playing with customers... A guy named raj verma ([protected]) came to my home around 7pm & asked me to buy products with some discount... And i payed him 4500 via online mode... Now it's been three months since i ordered but still i didn't get the product... So please it's a request do not buy any product from star sky shop & be aware....

These are fraud and fake. Trap you is cupon and do not deliver the product too. Customer care number is just another fraud, one person who manage and threat you if you ask for your product. Says we are in ghaziabad do whatever you want. All are scam. I made an fir against them. Since they have ghaziabad addresses they proudly says no one can do anything and they scam without any fear. Also threat to customers like are. Do not purchase any...

Fake!
One man came to my house and told me many good things and then asked me to scratch a coupon i got 57% and he said wow you are lucky.
And after reading some reviews i got to know that everyone got 57% discount. No one will get anything for free. Or anything which he will tell you. You will get a discount of 54% or 57%.
Now he is not picking up my phone. Do not buy any coupon....

One person came knocking my door and when i opened the door he started showing me multiple branded products viz tv, fridge, aquaguard etc and promised to deliver products on discount if i scratch a coupon. However after scratching a coupon he asked me to give him rs 500 as a membership fee. After saying multiple times that i don't want the product even on discount..
