I have ordered for redmi note 4 phone online with store24 and paid money via netbanking. My order no was 20412572 on july 24, 2019. I paid rs. 2749 for the phone.

Instead of remi note 4, i received some dummy phone model. I complained immediately to store24 website. I received a mail on september 9, 2019 saying that parcel (Dummy phone) will be picked up by store24 vendor within week.

Till date no one has collected...

When i am viewing the facebook, i found a shopping add which i attracted & opened the site & login with facebook. The site is https://www.store24.co.in which i shopped a product named: redmi note4 luck by chance; product code: red_4; quantity: 1; cost: 2599 + shipping charges = rs.2749; i paid rs.2749 through my icici bank credit card on 07/03/2019 & they gave me order number: 20243198 with order date: 07/03.2019....

Dear sir/mam

I have compalin about a online company (Store24) is doing online fraud with people. Thius company is using your company website payment gateway.
It has been cheated me 5500 ruppes.
I just want to compalin that please stop this company all payment and provide me detail about it. I hve already lodge a compalin against it in consumer forum.
For being a responsible company of india, its your duty...
